Here in Southern Maryland we always plant Kale and Turnips together... and always use a 5gal bucket of fireplace ash to mix the seeds together in then just walk over you land spreading by hand... no big trick, just how I learned to get an amazing field of kale and Turnips for the family... deer just naturally come to it as well. Another great video!

Start in the center and till/mow outward. Each round gets bigger and you don't back track or miss any. Mowing the grass shoots to the inside with no rows. Either way just get theseed on the ground. Might want to add something to keep the birds away until it comes up. Good luck! Looking foward to seeing what happens this fall.

You could throw some of those turnip/brassica seeds in the edges and they might come up, if you get a rain fairly quick. They will find their way through the tiniest gap and can sprout. Putting them on thick will reduce the bulb size, but the animals will thin them while they are tiny and greens only anyway. Looking forward to the updates.

The green machine is similar to what we used to plant in central Alabama. We grew turnips anyway but planted winter rye, oats and Australian winter peas in our patches. Added a little 13 13 13 fertilizer and we were in business.

In BC Canada we're not allowed to plant anything that is specifically designed to attract Deer,Elk or Moose. But most times you can get permission from a farmer to hunt their hay or grain fields especially if there's Elk around.

You can buy seeds cheap online and get 15, 20 sprouted and plant a feed patch that will last year's. A tip from Australia. The Lucerne trees propper name is tagessate or something spelt similar 👍🏻

I've been working on my spot for 2 years now 🥵 where we live lots of time it is luck🤷 kinda makes me mad when someone just goes out & kills a big one. But sometimes thats the best way bc the more you're out there messing around all the time the big ones just move on. They are big for a reason & not bc they are dumb. Any human sign or scent period & they are gone, you're lucky if they even show up at night. I ain't got it like some states. But hey if you wanna kill all the does you might be in luck. I see does & young bucks daily.

@WhoTeeWho do you have an email we can share deer cam pics? I think it would make a good video showing subscribers deer pics.
