Enrico Parrilla de Pietro is the chef in the video at the Suriano stall who made delicious fresh pasta which was the perfect vehicle for the mouth-watering chilli pepper sauce Giancarlo created. They were so kind that they made enough for all the League Of Fire staff, competitors and their families and friends who were in town for the LOF European Belt Match!
