Youre right as the agricultural land is reducing. However, The discouragement needs to come from the policies of the govt. The influencers or motivational speakers should be honest and upfront. They should simply realistically tell the pros and cons of investment and let people make the call. Rather than shoving an opinion down their throat.
The people will automatically stop investing if the policy of the system/govt does not let them yield benefits from it. So it's a broader issue that can be addressed from a broader system.

Agree with you sir, though one thing i guess is misleading is ke yeh Azad ke kafi purani videos hain and the numbers and a few points don't translate well to the current times.
