Bcs plot will give u short boost in profit but business will give u extreme profitable results if taken seriously. Youre right as the agricultural land is reducing. However, The discouragement needs to come from the policies of the govt. The influencers or motivational speakers should be honest and upfront. They should simply realistically tell the pros and cons of investment and let people make the call. Rather than shoving an opinion down their throat.
The people will automatically stop investing if the policy of the system/govt does not let them yield benefits from it. So it's a broader issue that can be addressed from a broader system.

That's exactly what we have a problem with. Richness and poorness are an accident of fate and not some mindset-based endeavour. Robert K. is a hack who preys on smooth-brained 'entrepreneurs' and his entire business model is cred-maxing which is RIBAH and HARAM, therefore cringe.

Agree with you sir, though one thing i guess is misleading is ke yeh Azad ke kafi purani videos hain and the numbers and a few points don't translate well to the current times. Especially the Car point 6 saal pehly 2 lac was a good amount to some misunderstandings i guess. But the way sir talks about is incredibly simple and on the ground realistic.

my freinds are managing appartments... each flat if rented out ,it generates almost 30k a month.. and same apartment well furnished rented out for short time.. it costs 6k or 12 hours . or upto 15k a day... minimum.....again i am not recommending anyone to use your propertt as a sex spot..but on business side.. yes its possible...
