This song.... This song just hits so hard, like so much of what you all have produced over the past few decades. The soundtrack of my life has always had one of your songs in the background. For all the fun and all the sadness... For the fast times and all the moments in between. Im just simply a fan from the days of junko jeans and phil sims fat boards. Your music has always resonated with me. For all those I've lost in my youth and up to this day, for every night of sleepless shenanigans and all the phosphorus burns to the times of clarity and seemingly endless bliss... Nothing would have been the same with out you.

This is the song that made me finally feel something after so many months of being numb. I don't know how you guys keep doing it but thank you.
Didn't even realize this was a cover when I left this comment, oops. I stand by my original statement of giving "you guys" (3EB) the credit for what I love about this. It's not the lyrics; I'm not a lyric guy. It's the way the band is playing it and the way it's being sung in this version. The overall vibe reminds me of Palm Reader (my all-time fav) and it gets me feeling inspired.
This is my favorite song off the whole album. I put this on repeat and fall asleep to it most nights.. Thank you for such a beautiful song and album!

Best new song I've heard in . . . a really long time (even if it's not exactly a new song). Helps me remember that the pop/rock song is an important, and moving, art form. More like this, please. Whether they're covers or not.
The original is by Califone and is about 8 years old. Sylvan Esso did a different take on it about 3 years ago. Now there's this one, and they all put their own spin on what's just a beautiful brilliant song. Highly recommend listening to all versions :)

After a month of listening to the album.. this is the Best song. This album also makes me appreciate screamer album alot more now.
Even though it’s a cover, I still agree that it is a banger! I really appreciate all the collaboration on this song. The album has definitely grown on me a lot the more I listen to it, but you’re right about Screamer, that album was underrated. I’m just thankful for any new 3eb and this much in a few years is just pushing our luck haha!

I'm gonna go with 1. Again 2. Dust storm (with the video it's #1) 3. Funeral singers. 4. Silver lake. This album is definitely a low and slow burn type energy with a lesser peak than Screamer, so it depends on what mood I'm in which I prefer. Same with all their albums. Love it all, please keep it up, gents!

It’s a remake but a great one
Really excellent song. Hard to say between this and Dust Storm as my favorite song of the album. But these are two that can stand with the classics without any doubt on my part.

I love your stripped down behind the scene type videos. All of your videos are great, but I like to just watch you guys play together. There's just something primal and raw watching them versus a 3-minute mini movie with special effects. I think it just matches your music better. You're an incredible band live, which translates well into the strip down videos.
