- Hey everyone! This video is a tutorial of how I made my Dragon Raja house's structure or floor plan from my previous Dragon Raja Housing System video: bit.ly/2ASE3iD
Like Sims 4, Dragon Raja seems to keep on making me want to make houses from scratch once again so this video and my previous video regarding Dragon Raja's Housing System will serve as remembrance of the house design that a random picture from Google inspired me to make.
This Dragon Raja House Building video was edited in a speed build kind of way. However, I am hoping that my voice will guide you through the process of how I built my house in Dragon Raja. If not, please let me know in the comments below!

for those who want a more exact measurement, the base is 34 x 18 the stairs take up 14 of those 34 and the pool is 20 x 10, hope this helps a little

Thank you very much for your beautiful idea. First of all, I pressed the remove all button and the whole building vanished, and my heart had sunk in deep-sea..... I thought my whole 500,000 coins vanished. I would have really started crying unless my club friends told me that things are saved in the room and feature part. Then I started making a house and it became a gigantic white cell/ prison. Finally, I can make a beautiful house at ease.

I have a question tho, a lot of things are really expensive like the windows for example, and to buy them you need the green money, I guess it's called fund? Well, do you know how can I get that fund?

Ground level pools will be a thing in future update, CN has them already.
Indeed, I saw them while watching CN videos! Can't help for that to come to DR NA aaaah
I play on TW as means of exploring, and they also have ground level pools, so I wouldn't be surprised if next monthly update will bring that to Global
I see :o Tbh, first time I saw the ground level pools in CN vids I definitely wondered why they couldn’t just release that kind of feature when they released the Housing System on Global. But then I guess (devs think) other servers might find it unfair, seeing as they’re releasing stuff in SEA at the same sequence they released it on the global server.
It would be really nice if they did include that on the next monthly update! Lots of us would definitely be stuck in our Home when that happens. Huge home renovation 🥳

I couldnt remove the walls on the third floor...
theceiling looks so high in ur video when im trying create one its looks so short....like my char head could reach the ceiling._.
Actually, you can change the height of your house/walls! Click on your wall/room on Edit mode, and then there'll be options in the middle of Sell and Move. 2 bars, 3 bars, and 4 bars. I usually use 3 bars or the moderate height on my walls. You probably have your walls set to 2 😊

Does the house change depending where it is found? Like in chizuru, tokyo or ehime?
I have only tried going to Chizuru and Ehime, but they all have the same view and default houses :(

Hi! Yes, you can get Cozy points by buying furniture, decorations, pools, and etc to place in your house. 😊 The only thing that doesn’t give cozy points is the wall alone, but if you put wallpapers on them which adds cozy points, then you’ll have more points! 😊

Is there a way to put the pool on the first floor?
I don’t think so, not as of yet 😢 Maybe in the future since I watched Chinese videos of the game and they have their pools on the first floor ☺️ but currently in DR global I don’t think anybody is allowed to put their pools on the first floor just yet...

Yes, definitely! Anything you buy in the housing system, whether it costs diamonds or home decor funds, if you sell it you'll get the money back 😊You can treat it as your bank account 🌹
I cant see the stairs or the doors or nothing why is that
I’m not sure why you can’t see the stairs but for the doors maybe you have your walls down? There’s a Wall toggle which can let you see all of the walls, see only a few walls, and see no walls at all. It’s on the top right of your edit screen 😊
I had the same problem not long ago and I did not understand why in others it appeared and not in me. But last Saturday, around 4 am, the game was updating and when it was installed, I received a message saying house bug fix. I went straight to the house and there I was pleasantly surprised to see that the windows, doors and stairs were finally visible. Since that time, I can freely do what I want. In fact, you just have to wait to receive the update and that will fix the problem.

Yesss, some furnitures cost dias and they usually give the most coziness 😊

-big level to make a house? Hm the required level is level 50 which can be reached easily so no, you don’t have to be high level to make a house 😊 You might have to save up your gold and some diamond for it tho.

How do you enter that world ? What's it called
This world is called the Home System. When you’re in-game, click the + Icon beside the bag, and there you’ll see a Home icon. You can click that icon and it’ll ask you where you want to make your house. Just follow where it leads you to and you’ll have your own house in no time if you have the coins for it 😊

How can I remove the floor?
You can use the Remove tool (it has a hammer icon on the top left of your screen and tap on the floor. It might get a little tricky sometimes tho since there's a chance you might actually remove the whole room :(

How much did all of this costs?
Making the skeleton of the house, it doesn’t cost much gold or dias or home decor funds at all.
It’s the huge windows that really cost a lot because it costs 460 home decor funds each. However, you can replace these huge windows with the small windows that costs gold coins and just stack them up 😊 This might become a problem if you don’t have enough gold coins tho, so it might need some saving up.
For the pool, that size costs 6000 dias, if I remember correctly. You can definitely replace the pool with something else, like outdoor facilities that costs gold coins, until you save up the dias for your desired pool size.
I don’t really have a definite amount of how much I spent on the house. I’m sorry :( I’ll make sure to take note of the cost when I make another video about this! 😊
