The craftsmanship of the stonework is truly astonishing. And the trullis made me realise how natural it is to live in rounded buildings, with no corners and hard edges. Italian hobbit holes are the way to go... love love love :o)

Cons are high paced living rhythm and stress. Climate is so so, although the Ticino, Vaud and Valais cantons have better weather. Top public services, low taxes and efficient government. Italy is great for holidays, culture, food, beauty, friendly people, relaxed living. Education is not bad but nothing special with some exceptions. Working from what I know from family and friends is not so great as there is too much politics and not enough meritocracy. Government is middle class but considering high taxes, average public services and high bureaucracy quite far behind Swiss standard. I am double citizen and travel a lot, so I can take the best of both ;-) The only real problem is when Italy plays Switzerland in football😂

Agree, we stayed there and loved it, we even got to stay in a Trulli house, we really had a wonderful time. The home owner pointed us to an amazing restaurant and driving along the thin windy roads dotted with Trulli homes was magical. It was worth the big train journey to get there from the Nth of Italy.
I keep worrying that Danilo is gonna fall off a rooftop one of these days. Also, this property is gorgeous. It’s always lovely to see you feature contemporary designs in your property tours.

First Danilo this was fantastic video!! I must share with you that I now have a piece of Italian history, I purchased four dining room chairs from an antique store in Italy. They came from an Italian Castle and dated The Regency Period! To say they’re BEAUTIFUL is an understatement! I received them today after a long wait. I’m crying I’m so happy!! Some notes while watching this video. Danilo’s presentation of the property is as professional as ever. Italian language must be used during presentation at least 50% of the video. I Love this Property, Danilo, It is so unique ! Given its prior use the rooms have great space. And I really appreciate the natural stone walls in the Trulli rooms, and the Stone is such a Beautiful natural color, very restful. The kitchen is wonderful. I love the all the spaces to put different things. The outside design of the buildings is wonderful too. The entire place is Beautiful and very well laid out. The Trulli's are Ancient Grain Silos, I think would be a good thing to say. The property being between two World Heritage Centers I hope means that it is Listed as a Historical Landmark. I would bet that a Cow would enjoy that Trulli now, it would probably get up on that Bed. I love the Cedar Hot Tub. What a beautiful place. The architecture, the simplicity of design and the charming trullo. There’s an Italian restaurant in NYC called I Trulli. It features food from this region and all of the pasta is hand made by Nonna Dora - her son, Nico manages the restaurant. They make an amazing pasta dish called Malloreddus (saffron gnocchi) with a cured sausage - very delicious. Sorry, went off on a tangent but when I saw the title of your video it immediately recalled the restaurant. Lovely video.

I have watched this video over five times. Architecture is unique and fantastic. These historic houses were designated as the UNESCO World Heritage. In Turkey, Harran region, we have same kind of structures. It is amazing how we have similiarities with Italian culture. I wish to stay one of these amazing Trulli houses. Normally, I dont like minimalism on architecture, but interior design is so perfect. There is a good balance between traditional and contemporary material.

This is a great property for a large family. Love the remodels of the buildings and especially the spa and exercise room. Whomever can buy this they will have a terrific home.
Beautiful ! I stayed in an old masseria with my extended family reunion several years ago in Puglia - the history of those places in southern Italy is really interesting ! It is fascinating to imagine the wealthy retiring to these country houses for the summer ! That one was not quite up to the amazing decor of this lovely place however !!!

What a beautiful place. The architecture, the simplicity of design and the charming trullo.
There’s an Italian restaurant in NYC called I Trulli. It features food from this region and all of the pasta is hand made by Nonna Dora - her son, Nico manages the restaurant.
They make an amazing pasta dish called Malloreddus (saffron gnocchi) with a cured sausage - very delicious.
Sorry, went off on a tangent but when I saw the title of your video it immediately recalled the restaurant.

I have watched this video over five times. Architecture is unique and fantastic. These historic houses were designated as the UNESCO World Heritage. In Turkey, Harran region, we have same kind of structures. It is amazing how we have similiarities with Italian culture.
I wish to stay one of these amazing Trulli houses. Normally, I dont like minimalism on architecture, but interior design is so perfect. There is a good balance between traditional and contemporary material.

Beautiful ! I stayed in an old masseria with my extended family reunion several years ago in Puglia - the history of those places in southern Italy is really interesting ! It is fascinating to imagine the wealthy retiring to these country houses for the summer ! That one was not quite up to the amazing decor of this lovely place however !!!
