Good logic about rolling resistance not being “a thing” on an e-bike! I have the Assegai 2.5x29 at the front and DHR 2.3x29 at the rear. Would love the Assegai in the rear too but nothing bigger than a 2.3 will fit my Cannondale Tesoro. Good vid tnx 👍🏻

The next step on grip is try the Assegai 29x2.6 with the 3C MaxxGrip compound. And the casing maybe the EXO+ (because of the added weight of the e bike)
Thanks for sharing your opinion and experience with the maxxis assegai

I can attest that the Assagai 29 maxxgrip EXO+ is an amazing front tire on Levo. Highly recommended. Now to see what eventually ends up on the rear after the stock Specialized Eliminator 2.3 wears out, which honestly feels like a pretty good tire to me.

    Which trail is this?

That was filmed at Lake Hodges in Escondido California. Can't recall the exact name of the trail but it's a single track that cuts up the mountain instead of going around the lake.
