I absolutely love your channel but I still suck at trying to write in calligraphy :( I'd really appreciate any pointers. I'm a complete beginner and I don't feel like I have the ability to allow my letters to free-flow or form properly to look nice, so they look shaky and badly proportioned. Is there anything that I can do to stop this?
Peter Hetherington I learnt most of what info I have from studying books like Calligraphy for dummies and mastering copperplate calligraphy. in it they go into detail about consistency and balance of letterforms. hope that helps.
