Wilfredo León Venero (born 31 July 1993) is a Cuban-Polish professional volleyball player. He was a member of the Cuba national team from 2007 to 2012, and is a current member of the Poland national team and Sir Safety Perugia. A silver medallist at the 2010 World Championship, and a two-time NORCECA Champion (2009, 2011).
The Brazil men's national volleyball team is governed by the Confederação Brasileira de Voleibol (Brazilian Volleyball Confederation) and takes part in international volleyball competitions. Brazil has three gold medals at the Olympic Games, won three times the World Championship and nine times the World League. Brazil is the #3 team on the FIVB World Rankings. The team is often referred to as volleyball's "Dream Team" due to its success under coach Bernardo Rezende.

In my modest opinion, he remains one of the best outside hitters but his passing and serve have got only worse, at least in the last year. He still aces but not as often as before and it is one ace after having left the ball on the net five times, which is highly costly for his team. In other words, he is not the best player in the world for me anymore.

That's not something you want to happen if you still want to be called best player in the world. Also, what's the use of a 130 km/h rocket if you will fail the next 5 serves? Consistency is what matters. A server that destabilizes the rival's defense by forcing it to play off system again amd again is much better for a team. He used to be that guy. Not anymore. He is lately being causing more damage to his team by his poor passing than the points he scores with his serves.
