    mASS TEARING MUTTON RECIPE: Ingredients &
    Recipe below: -
    - Heat 5 tbsp ghee in a Kadhai and add in 1-2 strings of curry leaves, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbsp each of finely crushed coriander seeds and cumin seeds, 2.5 inch cinnamon stick, 2 black cardamom, 3-4 green cardamom and 4-5 cloves. Let them pop for 30 seconds.
    - Now add in 2 thinly sliced onions. Fry the onions for 6 minutes on high until brown. Now prepare a paste by blending together 3-4 onions, 14-18 cloves of garlic, 2.5 inch ginger and 6-8 Kashmiri red chillies soaked in warm water.
    - Add this paste in the Kadhai and fry on high for 3 minutes then on medium for 2 minutes. Now add in 1 kg mutton followed by 1 tbsp salt and fry on high for 12 minutes. Now add in 2.5 cups of water giving it a good mix and close the lid turning flame to low for 45 minutes checking in between.
    - Prepare a paste by mixing together 1 cup curd, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, half tbsp fennel powder, 3/4th tbsp garam masala powder and 4-6 slit green chillies. Add this paste in the Kadhai and give it a good mix then close the lid on low flame for 20 minutes. Garnish with roasted crushed kasoori methi & chopped coriander leaves.
