I like this video because there are so many banks to choose from but not every bank has what you're looking for (unless you're a billionaire in which case I hope you have a financial adviser). I see banks as a necessary evil because the S&L crisis and sub-prime mess should tell you how shady banks can be.

Especially with the big banks - every investigate takes time :/ But hey, don't give up - call again, schedule reminders, track your case - in the end that would work :)
At the end of the day when one is a customer of a mega bank one is ultimately only a number.
