Hi ma’m, I too make this kinda vegetable soup but instead of any thickening powder I simply add roasted oats powder. That simply adds on the flavour of the soup and thickens too. Hope u like my version.

I love this channel so much all recipes are so easy yummy and healthy I don’t even try to lose weight I just love healthy food and am vegan. I tend to cook for just myself sometimes if it’s tuff my mom likes for just us so the smaller amounts helps a lot! If I want it for just a small amount I do as the recipes are if I want more I just double or triple for meal prep. I tend to be an eye baller measurer in my kitchen tho and I love to just vaguely follow recipes and do my own thing with them. That’s something to look forward to once you get acquainted with recipes you will know what goes good with what spices and have fun makin recipes your own!

@@RakhiDhavale oats is a healthier option over any other thickners. In the west people use boiled potato puréed as a thickener, but that adds carbs. Oats has some carbs for sure but healthy carbs and fibre
I was wondering what can we add to make it more filling ?? How about any one of these - tofu or quinoa or whole wheat dumplings/ cabbage filled rolls?? ( PS. Got the idea for adding tofu n rolls from the comments below. Thanks)

For thickness you can make a paste of these vegetables (half bowl) and add it when you are preparing soup .
