    Hi ma’m, I too make this kinda vegetable soup but instead of any thickening powder I simply add roasted oats powder. That simply adds on the flavour of the soup and thickens too. Hope u like my version.

      It's not coincidence dear now whatever your mind think or speak you'll get something like that on social media.....RUclips its part of it i would say playing vital role... technology has touched different level.... with the help of many information asked by our mobile like touchpad face recognition n what not aise hi we end up giving many of our information.... so it's not coincidence..... we should start using small phones again ...our data we n many things are not safe......these days ...... however just need to be extra cautious 🤗

    Mam..You have really inspired me with all ur recipes. I love it. I was already very health conscious. But u made me realise how simple it is to make healthy food.     Or the veg broth with low sodium can be added!! Instead of just water. If so still adjust the salt usage!! I love soups made with broth!

    For thickness you can make a paste of these vegetables (half bowl) and add it when you are preparing soup .

    Any one as lazy as me.. just put all these veggies in a mini food processor one by one and blitz or pulse it.. this receipe is amazing.. thank you nisha maam..

    Hi mam, I watching all ur recipes which is amazing always... Mam I checked ur play list but there is no recipes for pregnant women and also for new mom's... I need a series for pregnant women....Im pregnant now..I have acidity trouble and always have stomach pain bez of heat.. if u provide any ideal recipes to balance troubles during pregnancy it ll be very helpful for people like me.

    I love this channel so much all recipes are so easy yummy and healthy I don’t even try to lose weight I just love healthy food and am vegan. I tend to cook for just myself sometimes if it’s tuff my mom likes for just us so the smaller amounts helps a lot! If I want it for just a small amount I do as the recipes are if I want more I just double or triple for meal prep. I tend to be an eye baller measurer in my kitchen tho and I love to just vaguely follow recipes and do my own thing with them. That’s something to look forward to once you get acquainted with recipes you will know what goes good with what spices and have fun makin recipes your own!

    In most of the soup making videos I have seen them adding corn flour for thickness. I was looking for an alternative to this. Great to see that you are using arrowroot Powder.

      @@RakhiDhavale oats is a healthier option over any other thickners. In the west people use boiled potato puréed as a thickener, but that adds carbs. Oats has some carbs for sure but healthy carbs and fibre

    FYI, traditionally used oils like mustard oils, coconut oil these are the best one. 2 tsp is enough to make veg soup. avoid using refined oil

    Maam, in most of your weight loss recipies you advise use of pink Himalayan salt. Doesn't that lack iodine? Iodine deficiency can lead to many issues including thyroid. Please correct me if I'm wrong

      Best salt prevents water retention..it contain less iodine and less suitable for people with iodine deficiency not normal people.
