In this link, under GAMEPLAY LOOP, you talk about using Frost Nova, but you have zero points in Frost Nova. So I am confused. Also you don't have Frost Nova as a spell on your bar.

@Mordarim: Thank you for posting this video and the written guides. However, it is quite confusing to me as a new D4 player because your video does not match either of your Blizzard written guides. For example, in the video you have Ice Blades on your bar. However, you do not have Ice Blades on the bar in the level or end game Blizzard written guides. Can you quickly go through both written guides and update them. Please check the written guides for other errors and inconsistencies, including errors/inconsistencies in the paragon board. Errors in the paragon board can be costly to fix. Thanks and please keep up the good work.

Would Godslayer helm fit in a build like this? with starless skies ring instead of tibaults? put the dmg reduction on pants then?
Would need to play around with it for a while. Not sure if its enough sustain, but might be. I suspect additional mana regen would be needed but am not entirely sure.
I have a general question how attack speed helps with this build. Attack speed speeds up the blizzard cast animation so we can spam it more? Does it also speed up the orbs and spikes? How does that work?
blizzard has a duration and stacks on top of each other, meaning the more we stack, the higher the dps.

@@ViperXXL Why the LOL? He answered the question: attack speed helps us stack more Blizzards, which gives us more DPS.
Hey Mordarim, why all the +attack speed in your items? Since were spamming blizzard, what does the attack speed do
Blizzard instances stack on top of each other. 2 spawn double the spikes, 3 tripple, etc. The more you can fit in 11 sec the more dmg you deal.

No, definitely not! We do not benefit from it at all. THe extra skill lvls do nothing for the icespikes, so its a worse legendary helmet.
@@Mordarim what about godslayer crown? id figure 60%(x) over the window would be good but im struggling with tier 60+ pit, mostly bosses needing to be staggered 2-3 times while i can barely be touched by abilities or gibbed
never mind it seems someone brought it up already - the jury is out, i am using it for clears and nightmare dungeons but for bosses... really not sure
really cool build. would penitent greaves work good with it?

Why not put a skill point in making ice blades reduce cooldowns?
The only thing i can't undestand in mobalytics is the masterafting ..i see some blue lines in some stats and some with stars...which one from all the armor etc i must masterwork?
Stars are greater affixes, blue, yellow and redish orange are the 3 masterworking crits you get at 4 8 and 12 masterworking
Why deep freeze? Wouldn't having conjuration like lightning spear or hydra to stack conjuration mastery be better?
Absolutely not. You would get only a few conjurations of since we are not using the amulet for it.

I may be in the minority but I tried the frozen orb build with good gear and really preferred your build for blizzard in this video. Thank you for this build. Frozen orb felt squishy and less powerful.
I also prefer the blizzard build. It felt slower but less stressful, with better dps and survivability!

Paragon board! You will naturally cap it once you reach 100. Until than you will need it on your gear

It will get faster but not even close to frozen orb given it get a 3 sec teleport and 200% movementspeed. Fully upgraded we are looking at around 20% additional mobility

Hi, thx for build.
But there is one big problem. 70-100 Endgame Transition Paragon table is not working properly with Lvl 1-14 Glyphs. So you can't use Control glyph on second table. And you don't have all Glyphs at 15lvl
Yes, the glyphs won´t work until you get them to 15, but that will only take ~1h at 80, so there is no need to have a different board there

Someone said that shredding blades is bugged and gives only half the damag or something like that. Not sure though.
There is actually not much else to pick in that slot. Potentially a tal but the additional stats you get from a legendary are so valuable. Starless seems like the best option here and given the new uber duriel has a 10% chance to drop ubers now i am pretty sure thats what you would want instead. But thanks for the headsup!
The "yen" boots are awesome, they randomly proc anything you have on cooldown except for motion and ultimate. Very useful.
They really are, but i prefer the additional movement speed here!

Is there are any sorc build that has good boss damage? Going with similar build, everything melt, insane survivability but bosses takes ages in Pit 50+.
Blizzard has really good boss dps compared to anything else. I will try fire and lightning buillds next, so those might outperform this one
Once I find the ultra rare glacial aspect I can try this build !
I just focused on weapon caches in helltides. Dropped it very early on!
Focusing on offhand at the gambler is also a good bet since offhand can only roll offense aspects
Many people are saying we should not take blizzard size tempering for this build because it does not increase the amount of ice spikes...
Yes, but bosses are large enough to be hit by every spike and it improves the qol for this build. A target standing in the middle will still be hit by all spikes
@@Mordarim You want frozen orb chance. Do not take blizzard radius it will reduce damage significantly. The target in the middle will be hit by less ice spikes, you can test it in the training grounds if you like.

We scale ice spike dmg, not blizzard.
What happened to Frost Nova?
It got nerfed and ice blades performs better
What about the blue rose ring?!
given only 1 out of 3 blizzards rolls a lucky hit and the chance to roll an actual proc is low, its one of the worst trap items for this build. The blue rose ring works with stuff like ice barrage but sadly does not with blizzard
how do i get my blizzard to shoot orbs
He's using frozen orb enchant and frozen orb skill on the bar

you need to update in moba the build brother, in the video in 67 tier you play with ice armor and not with frozen orb the skill tree is the same, you need to update some things
Idk what im doing wrong i have 500 crit dmg 500 vuln dmg 170 colddmg and others and i never break 1 mil dmg
The more multipliers for the sorc are nearly all bugged and not working. Thats why

+xy% blizzard size is bad for DPS. Plz take it off from staff.
