The tentacles of Doc Ock are self aware since the Inhibitor chip on his neck got destroyed in Spider-Man 2 so it go infused to Doc Ock's body. The costume that Peter Parker wears when he is about to battle Doc Ock is is the same costume that Peter Parker wore in Spider-Man 3 (2007) as he battled Harry Osborn.
Doc Ock not showing up in the third act of the battle says it's going to be his redemption where he will help Peter Parker fight the other multiverse rogues villain.
The Imax spot for that same scene there is an extended dialogue between Doctor Strange and Spiderman with Strange saying "This is why I don't have kids...." and Spidey says something in the likes of "that was incredible, but don't ever do it again".
The arc reactor could be the reason how Elektro turns back into a normal looking human. Maybe it helps him control his powers to the point where his body doesn’t need to hold the power and instead the reactor holds it.
Plus, his electricity turned an orange ish color in ASM 2. Maybe he evolved, and simply became stronger, once he made his way out of the power grid, after being overloaded.
Technically Electro is the only one that was killed directly by a Spiderman, Sandman bounced, Lizard went to jail, Goblin accidentally killed himself, and Doc Ock intentionally killed himself.

Maybe each villain has a timeline when they got pulled into the multiverse hence they still have evil motive. Like Lizard probably got pulled into MCU while he was having experiments in the sewer and Sandman were still at large for committing crimes in SM3. The 2 Spideys that enters the MCU are probably post Spiderman 3 and Amazing Spiderman 2 timeline.
Also we have to remember that dr strange said “from every universe”, and not two! They could all be from universes where they really died from the hands of other spider men
The reason Jamie foxx looks buff is because he’s been training for awhile to play mike Tyson in a movie so I don’t think that part is CGI but that would depending on the timing of when he filmed this
I think Tobey's Peter fighting electro makes more sense than the other two because of his organic web shooters. In TASM2 a problem for Andrew's Peter is that electro fries his shooters, so I think maybe they all had a brief discussion beforehand or something and agreed who fights who.
But Andrew's spidey magnetized his web shooters to counter electro's attacks. Tobey's spiderman would just get straight electrocuted since it's coming out of his body.
But when that cracks form and Strange says "I can't stop them" if you notice the scaffolding around the Statue Of Liberty is gone so that battle has already taken place. Then this can't be the other Spidermen since why have them show up after the battle. The theory with Wanda being in control of Strange kinda makes since. What if she is trying to bring her Mutant brother to this universe since she learned of his possible existence during Wanda Vision.
Yea the other two Peters are there for that fight. 3 Peters and Doc Ock vs Electro,Sandman,Goblin, and Lizard. Strange is busy trying to stop the multiverse from unraveling further. Kinda like how he got sidelined in Endgame cause he had to focus on holding the water back.
You can actually see Tom Holland’s Spidey actually turn towards electro when he leaps so I’m guessing that Tobey is going for Sandman and Andrew goes for Lizard while Tom goes to Electro.
If you rewatch that part of the Brazilian clip Erik shows. Tom Holland is going for Sandman, as you can see him heading towards Sandmans arm. This will coincide with the following clip in the actual trailer of Tom Holland twirling over Sandmans arm. Hope that clarifies your observation of that scene.

Well yea I don't think strange helping Peter is that strange but I am not sure whether he did it only because of his own thirst for learning more stuff or whether he genuinely wanted to help him or not , or maybe even helping out of guilt towards Tony stark

Fun Fact: Remember in the raimi movies,in Spiderman 1, peter discusses with Norman Osborne when they first meet how he studied and wrote a paper on Norman's nano technology. This leads me to believe that if nano tech exists in the raimi verse then maybe Otto Octavius has studied it to and knows a bit about it as well. Just a 💡 thought

In a span of maybe less than 24 hours, New Rockstars watched this trailer, went frame by frame and broke down every single detail. Attention to detail is one thing, but knowing any connection for those details? Holy sh-
Remember, Marvel equals Trailer trickery. When Stange says, "They are coming through. And I can't stop them," he could be referring to the 5 spiderman villains coming through the multiverse when they first do the spell with Strange failing to stop them coming in.. They used the voice line with some later scenes to fool us into thinking that something big is coming through.
When he says they’re coming through, the scaffolding around the statue of liberty is already gone. Meaning the fight where mj fell already took place and the other spidermen are already there. I think we’re not actually going to see who’s coming through. Strange probably just meant their universe is now completely ripped open, setting up mutants, and whatever is to come in the future.
One detail missed in 15:36: Peter, MJ and Ned might be talking with another version of Spider-Man, and this name joke is because Tobey or Andrew said that his name is also Peter Parker. You can notice in the actors reactions of the trailer that in this moment, they look like "This is not a real scene"
It definitely seems clear that Doc Ock turns to the good side from this trailer. Electro even shoots him with a blast. He could be the one that punches Lizard too and maybe they don't want to give away that plot point fully
Wow Eric Voss got deep for this video. I mean his theories were insane. Not to mention how insane it is that he was able to see and point out all those tiny little details. But I will say that for when Ned is holding the crossbow, I had a different take on that then what Eric did. Ned holding the crossbow could be a call back to Spider-Man: Homecoming when Ned says something along the lines of “are they going to send you to that school with the principal who has a crossbow?”

I honestly don't see happy making it out of this movie alive, with what Peter tells Aunt May about how he cant save everyone, I think this is after the feast intrusion of the villain's and the goblin bomb that Tom tries to save is heading for Happy and not Aunt May. If you recall to a previous rumor or theory (whatever it was) someone Tom loves dies and he gets so angry that he tries to kill one of the villian's, and in Far from Home Tom calls Happy and has Happy get him when he's in the Netherlands.
The way Doc Oc's heads turn in that one shot reminds me of the velociraptors turning their heads in Jurassic Park, even shaped kind of like their head too.
The reference to Scooby Doo is totally, specifically The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo. The show was about villainous ghosts being released by the heroes who have to team up with a Sorcerer Supreme Vincent Price to imprison them again. Which makes sense when Oct says “to fight ghosts”.
When the spell is cracking at the end of the trailer when strange can’t handle it, I could see it being Mutants or something else and not the two other spider man. If you look at the Statue of Liberty when strange is on top of the statue the shield that is supposed to be constructed on is gone as well is all the scaffolding
With the mutant thing at the end, that’s what I think will happen. Like as we saw in the Ms. Marvel trailer and how she gets hit with a surge of purple ish energy that potential unlocks her powers. So yeah, then what do you know we got a whole lotta mutants in the MCU! Frick yeah
Does anyone else get the feeling that doc octopus might help the Peter Parker against the other villains. Like electro says he doesn't wanna die again and so does Green goblin, lizard and other. But since Doc Octopus might relate himself to Peter to clean up the mess that they never intended to create and he's the only scientist who know what it is to lose the people they love and he might know( just theoretically) about the multiverse and the consequences that it might cause.

Hear me out here, I think Electro is using whiplash’s suit from Iron Man 2. It looks almost identical and would make sense since whiplash used electricity, and since Jamie Fox already has Electric Powers, it helps him to direct and amplify them.
Maybe there will be cameos from the animated Into The Spider-Verse Variants (in non-animated form) when the rifts open. Then they can bring in Miles and Spider-Gwen to boot.
I think doc ock comes out of the water friendly to Spider-Man but peter thinks he’s a villain and starts to attack him, and that’s why he fights back. Plus it would it explain the hi peter if he immediately suits up before doc ock sees him

The part where spiderman is mourning in the rain, might be a flashback to the death of Uncle Ben. The body damage coming from his cage wrestling match. This might be where he learned he has to save everyone. Could the other possible spiderman get the same situation that everyone will forget them in their universe? What would make all the villains work together? Would the tentacles try to convince the Doctor to scheme his own plan? Could he be the one to causes MJ to fall? Venom also died at the hands of spiderman. Could he also be mourning because the spell did go through and everyone forgot about him, which he was put into the Sony universe to finish up Spiderman 3 due to Andrew sacrificing himself.

I have a theory about how Wanda could be controlling Dr Strange! In the trailers for NWH, Strange is wearing the Eye of Agamotto which was destroyed on Titan by Thanos in Infinity War. In WandaVision, Agatha was controlling Ralph with an enchanted necklace that he wore. Wanda wouldn't know that the Eye of Agamotto was destroyed, she could have conjured one, enchanted it, and that's how she's controlling him.
When Peter tells Aunt May that he can't save everyone, the blood and injuries on his face are the SAME as when he jumps toward the pumpkin bomb. I think the dialogue happens right before the pumpkin bomb is thrown in and Peter's suit saves him but it kills May.
I have a theory that Mysterio never died and created an illusion of Doctor Strange, which would explain why he's been acting weird (sounds/acts like Mysterio imo).
Spider Man speculation: Since Doctor Strange is powerful enough (in my estimation) to subdue Electro, Sandman and the Lizard, I think that on the Statue of Liberty, Doctor Strange will be occupied with casting a spell to send them ‘home’ as they are all trying to stop him. So the 3 Spidermen will then be tasked with running interference so that the Doctor can finish.
Elektros “arc reactor” still glows blue. And before every blast it’s a flash of blue before yellow. They are definitely going to play on his development

Well miles Morales may appear for the post credits, or cameo appearance earlier, but I don't think they will make him fight so soon, plus it was kinda clear they were edited to keep andrew and tobey hidden
I think Peter was the one who purposefully sent him the Nano tech in order to incapacitate/control Doc Ock's arms during the fight, and eventfully captures him rather than the other way around.
Maybe the “stockpile of Stark tech” is some of the scrap that Vulture and his goons had from the Battle of New York. It was mostly alien gear, but I’m sure some Stark tech may have been in the debris. Plus, some of Vulture’s squad may have successfully retrieved some stuff after the plane crash in Homecoming? This would make Vulture the 6th of the Sinister.
Well Norman Osborn did do research on Nanotechnology as stated in the 1st Raimi film. So I wonder if he shared his knowledge with Harry at all to allow that knowledge to be passed to Otto in the 2nd film. Maybe the arms were an Oscorp product made specifically for Otto? 🤷♂️ Harry couldn've given them to him after supplying the tridium in the beginning of the movie. Who knows?!
Around the 23 minute mark, you guys gave me a thought. Maybe all of the villains are rounding up everybody close to Peter and taking them all to the Statue of Liberty, making it hard for Peter to save everyone.
I think some of Tom's story on the movie would echo Andrew's and Tobey's vice versa as their universes collide, hence doc ock having nano tech, Zendaya falling, electro's arc reactor.. we might see nostalgic moments from previous movies happening on Tom's universe which might lead to the death of aunt may mirroring uncle ben's death
I don’t think Wanda is controlling Dr. Strange because they just released a small clip from the movie and in it he says “this is why I never had kids.” I just don’t feel like Wanda would have said that if she was actually doing all of this to look for her kids.
The mutant connection with the statue of liberty would be how Magneto was using that location in order to turn people into mutants, maybe his plan somehow works just in this universe? I feel like it's a stretch, but you never know, that's at least the only mutant significance with that location I can think of.
Imagine if they had references to the events of spider man 4 and amazing spider man 3, such as how each of their versions of villains were different. Cause all three versions of spider man have a version of mysterio and vulture in their universe.

It’s gonna be very interesting to see how this film ends, what the ending and post credits scenes set up or lead to.

Fun Fact: Remember in the raimi movies,in Spiderman 1, peter discusses with Norman Osborne when they first meet how he studied and wrote a paper on Norman's nano technology. This leads me to believe that if nano tech exists in the raimi verse then maybe Otto Octavius has studied it to and knows a bit about it as well. Just a 💡 thought

Remember, Marvel equals Trailer trickery. When Stange says, "They are coming through. And I can't stop them," he could be referring to the 5 spiderman villains coming through the multiverse when they first do the spell with Strange failing to stop them coming in.. They used the voice line with some later scenes to fool us into thinking that something big is coming through.
When he says they’re coming through, the scaffolding around the statue of liberty is already gone. Meaning the fight where mj fell already took place and the other spidermen are already there.
I think we’re not actually going to see who’s coming through. Strange probably just meant their universe is now completely ripped open, setting up mutants, and whatever is to come in the future.
One detail missed in 15:36: Peter, MJ and Ned might be talking with another version of Spider-Man, and this name joke is because Tobey or Andrew said that his name is also Peter Parker. You can notice in the actors reactions of the trailer that in this moment, they look like "This is not a real scene"
It definitely seems clear that Doc Ock turns to the good side from this trailer. Electro even shoots him with a blast. He could be the one that punches Lizard too and maybe they don't want to give away that plot point fully
Wow Eric Voss got deep for this video. I mean his theories were insane. Not to mention how insane it is that he was able to see and point out all those tiny little details. But I will say that for when Ned is holding the crossbow, I had a different take on that then what Eric did. Ned holding the crossbow could be a call back to Spider-Man: Homecoming when Ned says something along the lines of “are they going to send you to that school with the principal who has a crossbow?”
Nobody is talking about how in the shot of Peter saying "I can't save everybody" his hair looks strangely like Andrew Garfield and it seems like a very poorly done DeepFake of Tom's face onto Andrew's head. Just my thoughts

I think the mutants/x-men are going to come through the multiverse when Doctor Strange says “they’re coming through and i cant stop them” like almost a surge of people. Itd be crazy if Wanda was controlling Strange the whole time especially if Loki, WandaVision, and NWH are connected. I bet its Tobey and Andrew though

I honestly don't see happy making it out of this movie alive, with what Peter tells Aunt May about how he cant save everyone, I think this is after the feast intrusion of the villain's and the goblin bomb that Tom tries to save is heading for Happy and not Aunt May. If you recall to a previous rumor or theory (whatever it was) someone Tom loves dies and he gets so angry that he tries to kill one of the villian's, and in Far from Home Tom calls Happy and has Happy get him when he's in the Netherlands.
The “hand” looks more like a rope to me. You can see the rope wrapped around itself and the fingers are just strands of rope.
The way Doc Oc's heads turn in that one shot reminds me of the velociraptors turning their heads in Jurassic Park, even shaped kind of like their head too.
Considering they know Peter's identity the only reason I believe they would launch an attack on the feast shelter is to, "Attack his heart."
Why didn't anyone notice that in one shot, Electro attacks Octopus and says "You won't take this away from me."

The reference to Scooby Doo is totally, specifically The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo. The show was about villainous ghosts being released by the heroes who have to team up with a Sorcerer Supreme Vincent Price to imprison them again. Which makes sense when Oct says “to fight ghosts”.

When the spell is cracking at the end of the trailer when strange can’t handle it, I could see it being Mutants or something else and not the two other spider man. If you look at the Statue of Liberty when strange is on top of the statue the shield that is supposed to be constructed on is gone as well is all the scaffolding

Does anyone else get the feeling that doc octopus might help the Peter Parker against the other villains. Like electro says he doesn't wanna die again and so does Green goblin, lizard and other. But since Doc Octopus might relate himself to Peter to clean up the mess that they never intended to create and he's the only scientist who know what it is to lose the people they love and he might know( just theoretically) about the multiverse and the consequences that it might cause.

Hear me out here, I think Electro is using whiplash’s suit from Iron Man 2. It looks almost identical and would make sense since whiplash used electricity, and since Jamie Fox already has Electric Powers, it helps him to direct and amplify them.

The part where spiderman is mourning in the rain, might be a flashback to the death of Uncle Ben. The body damage coming from his cage wrestling match. This might be where he learned he has to save everyone. Could the other possible spiderman get the same situation that everyone will forget them in their universe? What would make all the villains work together? Would the tentacles try to convince the Doctor to scheme his own plan? Could he be the one to causes MJ to fall? Venom also died at the hands of spiderman. Could he also be mourning because the spell did go through and everyone forgot about him, which he was put into the Sony universe to finish up Spiderman 3 due to Andrew sacrificing himself.

Real quick I don’t know if someone online has pointed this out but in the trailer at the time stamp 2:03 when Peter is backflipping away from electro, if you slow down the frames at that moment you will notice Electro is actually fighting someone or is being held onto by something.....possibly another Spider-man??

I have a theory about how Wanda could be controlling Dr Strange! In the trailers for NWH, Strange is wearing the Eye of Agamotto which was destroyed on Titan by Thanos in Infinity War. In WandaVision, Agatha was controlling Ralph with an enchanted necklace that he wore. Wanda wouldn't know that the Eye of Agamotto was destroyed, she could have conjured one, enchanted it, and that's how she's controlling him.

Spider Man speculation:
Since Doctor Strange is powerful enough (in my estimation) to subdue Electro, Sandman and the Lizard, I think that on the Statue of Liberty, Doctor Strange will be occupied with casting a spell to send them ‘home’ as they are all trying to stop him. So the 3 Spidermen will then be tasked with running interference so that the Doctor can finish.

I think Peter was the one who purposefully sent him the Nano tech in order to incapacitate/control Doc Ock's arms during the fight, and eventfully captures him rather than the other way around.
Maybe the “stockpile of Stark tech” is some of the scrap that Vulture and his goons had from the Battle of New York. It was mostly alien gear, but I’m sure some Stark tech may have been in the debris. Plus, some of Vulture’s squad may have successfully retrieved some stuff after the plane crash in Homecoming? This would make Vulture the 6th of the Sinister.

Well Norman Osborn did do research on Nanotechnology as stated in the 1st Raimi film. So I wonder if he shared his knowledge with Harry at all to allow that knowledge to be passed to Otto in the 2nd film. Maybe the arms were an Oscorp product made specifically for Otto? 🤷♂️ Harry couldn've given them to him after supplying the tridium in the beginning of the movie. Who knows?!
Around the 23 minute mark, you guys gave me a thought. Maybe all of the villains are rounding up everybody close to Peter and taking them all to the Statue of Liberty, making it hard for Peter to save everyone.

I think some of Tom's story on the movie would echo Andrew's and Tobey's vice versa as their universes collide, hence doc ock having nano tech, Zendaya falling, electro's arc reactor.. we might see nostalgic moments from previous movies happening on Tom's universe which might lead to the death of aunt may mirroring uncle ben's death
I don’t think Wanda is controlling Dr. Strange because they just released a small clip from the movie and in it he says “this is why I never had kids.” I just don’t feel like Wanda would have said that if she was actually doing all of this to look for her kids.

The mutant connection with the statue of liberty would be how Magneto was using that location in order to turn people into mutants, maybe his plan somehow works just in this universe? I feel like it's a stretch, but you never know, that's at least the only mutant significance with that location I can think of.
Imagine if they had references to the events of spider man 4 and amazing spider man 3, such as how each of their versions of villains were different. Cause all three versions of spider man have a version of mysterio and vulture in their universe.
