We already have so much going on in this game that I'm not sure how they'd fit him in, too. We've got Peter with the symbiote, we've got Venom (which means Eddy Brock), we've got The Lizard, Kraven, and almost guaranteed the Green Goblin as well. Possibly even more of Black Cat, since she's is a fan favorite and would be sorely missed if there's no storyline with her in it, too.

There are also quite a few iterations where Harry ends up as Venom which is likely what Insomniac is going for since it's been keeping him stable throughout his condition. My prediction is Harry will probably die after a fight with Spider-Man that will probably set Norman up for going insane and swearing to make Spider-Man suffer, Insomniac wouldn't make the Green Goblin a side villain, he's just too important. Besides after all the baby talk from the Black Cat DLC between MJ and Peter, the third game is gonna have some crazy stakes. Edit: Grammar.
That ending theme you put in was a wave of nostalgia to the face. I played that old Spider-Man game on the PS1, along with the sequel. Not only was that game my introduction to Spider-Man, but also comic book heroes as a whole. Venom really made that game memorable for me, and here's hoping that this new game can do the same.
One thing I noticed at the end is that the blue electricity showed up to repel the symbiote on the text and logo. I think they are lightly teasing a Miles vs. Peter boss fight or storyline.
I was hoping they will continue with Yuri's storyline, that started in The City That Never Sleeps DLC, especially this one side activity in Part 3 of this DLC. Don't want to spoil anything, but one thing mentioned in this trailer proves, that they will (I wasn't familiar with her comic character and storyline, so still a new topic for me, but I am excited for this one as well as for the rest of the game). Insomniac never disappointed me with Spider-Man games, and for me Miles Morales was much better than the first game, so I hope this one will better than both of them Also, based on this quick Miles trip to Harlem Market, I think that the scale of Manhattan is different. Feels like the island is much bigger, more realistic, and since we can slingshot and glide, it would make a lot of sense. With these new innovations to our suits, the island from 1st game would seem small. I'm not a New Yorker, so I'm not that familiar to be sure, that they've changed anything. But if Miles is going to Harlem, I cannot see the Avengers Tower or other tall buildings that were there in previous games (But it's still cool to see destroyed Roxxon building from MM). I hope that they managed to sign all contracts to add real buildings, because in Miles Morales there was no Chrysler Building, because in 2019 it was bought by new people, and they couldn't make a deal before the release, even though the building was in Peter's game. And also, I hope we will get not only Queens, but other parts of NYC as well. P.S. Oh, and... DOUBLE STEALTH TAKEDOWN. FUCK YEAH

I’ve legit re-watched this gameplay reveal trailer almost a dozen times already! It’s the greatest gaming showcase that I’ve ever seen from any videogame to date; plus it has my second favorite Spider-Man Rogue AKA Lizard! 🔥🔥🔥

I didn’t even think of this till just now, but what if they’re not only not going to make Eddie Venom, but Harry as well? What if they actually make Spider-Man Venom in this, and you play as miles to sort of reclaim Peter from the Symbiote? The only thing I guess that pokes a hole in that theory would be the very first trailer where they show both Peter and Miles fighting goons then seeing Venom in the alley.
I don't think Harry Venom will be a thing in this game, cause it's Harry's condition that's driving Peter to this level of desperation. If you cure Harry early, Peter loses that desperation. And you kinda have to cure him early if you want Harry Venom because it'll be difficult to characterize him while he's inside a giant vat of chemicals. Plus, they mentioned that Connors is the only one who can cure Harry, so it's implied that Connors is the one who makes the Goblin Serum in this setting.
@@Birthday888 unless they kill off Harry. When you beat Miles Morales, the end credits show Norman demanding that Harry is removed from his little healing pod. So I imagine that when he comes out he’ll want to reconnect with Peter which will lead him to show that he’s dying. Maybe the Symbiote leaves Harry and bonds with Peter, and then we get basically what we just saw in the demo. I think this is also not the first time Peters used the suit in the game, because he’s super aggressive, and it’s usually a gradual decent of his inhibitions. Personally I really hope Harry doesn’t end up being Venom, at least not for long anyways. I don’t like it when they change stuff around too much. As long as we get Brock as Venom I’ll have no complaints.

I don't think this is the first time Peter's used the suit, but I do think it's something he's gotten fairly recently since it's the first time Miles is seeing him in it. Also, I'm fairly certain the "he's mine" line will be changed in the actual game because it makes zero sense in terms of the scene? Peter is actively trying to protect Connors so him then indicating that he has some sort of personal grudge against him doesn't make any sense. Especially since he was actively concerned for Lizard in an earlier scene and was angry at Kraven for going after him. If remove that last scene, Peter's not really all that different at the moment. He's still quips occasionally and he's still protecting citizens, but he's a lot more no nonsense and personable, and more reckless. We might not get Eddie Brock since Peter isn't a journalist anymore though. I'm not sure how would introduce him organically otherwise. Maybe he's introduced working with MJ, which then causes Peter to lash out and humiliate him while wearing the symbiote?

Interesting how Miles' bio-electricity starts off as blue while at the end it goes back to its usual redish orange. Either its unfinished or Miles has a new power.
From what I can tell the new blue attacks are able to be released externally as long range moves almost like he's shooting out lightning, the orange attacks seem like they'll probablu be close range attacks like they were in the previous game
Really dissapointing reveal for a number of reasons. 1.) looks like Miles gameplay isnt optional. I have less than zero interest in that character and no desire to play the game as him. 2.) the graphics are hardly a step up from the last game. For a generational jump between sequels its a huge disappointment. 3.) the gameplay looks essentially the same. And I was already bored of it by the end of the first game.
