Hey Kevin I have a diag question for you mine won’t crank at all? Where would you start? I have a solenoid hum but no crank?
Start at the battery. Check voltage while pressing the pedal. If the voltage drops drastically, its probably bad. If not, then measure the positive of both sides of the large terminals on the solenoid. If you have battery voltage on both sides while pressing the pedal, it may be the starter/generator brushes.

i have a 2012 ezgo txt that boggs out while driving down the street then wait let the gas for 10 seconds or so then it go fine again till it boggs an stops again do you have any info why this is happening thank you
Hey Kevin, this is good training for me, pretty shocking the water in the fuel, I use premium fuel in all my stuff, has no ethanol, and I like to keep my cart clean inside and out.👍

What should max rpm be on that kawasaki engine be? Would you entertain a video on how to check and adjust for over revving?

We built a new storage building. Eventually the shop will be moving completely but for now, its mostly storage.

Update i removed the valve cover and the intake side was full of oil the exhaust side was dry is there any kind of motor flush i can use? i think it is sucking oil through the tube on the intake
I don't use any engine flush. If the intake is filling with oil, its possible the PVC is bad.
What kind of carb cleaner do you use. I used that purple power and made the aluminium turn dark grey/ black. What do you suggest. I just looked at your store and will be ordering a few things. Do you ship to Canada.

We drop directly from our supplier, unfortunately they do not ship to Canada. I use Gummout carb cleaner in the spray can and I'm using a jewelers cleaning solution in the ultrasonic cleaner. I have not fully tested it yet so I cannot speak for its cleaning power or reliability.
Hey I got a 2005 ezgo txt gas it stopped pulling fuel my fuel filter was empty I change my fuel pump and my fuel filter and it still isn’t getting fuel to the carburetor could this be a carburetor issue I’m having as well my the bowl is sticking?
Pull the fuel line off the carb and crank the engine. The pump should pump fuel unrestricted. If there is no fuel flow, look inside the tank and make sure the siphon tube is still attached. Sometimes these fall off into the tank. You can also disconnect the fuel line from the tank and unscrew the petcock from the tank. If you have fuel flowing, you will have to remove and clean the carb.

I have a 2010 txt valor when it sets it is hard to start and when it dose it smokes i am told might be the fuel pump ant thoughts?
I'd lean more towards a stuck float valve in the carb or bad valve guide seals. The fuel pump wouldn't cause that.

Yes. There are gaskets between each surface.

I have the same motor on my golf cart and had a new carburetor put on it a few months back ran great. Now when driving it will all of a sudden lose acceleration and start popping out of the carb sometimes the pull of the choke will be able to save it from completely dying out but just can’t hold acceleration.
Any thoughts of what to try ?
Ignition coil is failing. Use an OEM one.

No, its an EZGO. I couldn't tell you with any definite certainty. I would have to visually inspect it before I could give you any recommendation.
