Reagan once again bringing more to the table than anyone else. Forget her skill for a second, she's quarterbacking and shot calling for the team. Even her communication is on another level.
She looked super relaxed running the point, looked comfortable everywhere on the floor, made some great plays, and harassed Pavel brilliantly. Great game
I loved that DZ and Jesse Blake got their goals. They both deserved it. Regan Rust doin' what she does, on her grind, scorin' goals. Also, that huge kick save by Dalton was big. This was an exciting game!
Rust has got to be in the running for mvp, her skill is insane

Shoutout Dalton a couple really big saves, this game could have gotten out of hand put in a really good shift.
Dalton's kick save is probably my favorite save this tournament. Not only did he kick save it but it was a double save.

Love Yas biggest flaw was their passing really. Turning it over wayy to much.

Reagan really elevates everyone on the team, a true leader and playmaker. Overall WGI's player skill isn't too high but they have a shot at the title. My dark horse in this championship.

I think a great strategy to maximize goal potential is if you win the starting penalty add on to your bonus by using you Pavel Play the games aren’t very high scoring and the pavel play hasn’t been super successful so why not try it out to have a 4 vs 2 to start
I think they said in the first game that you aren’t allowed to use him on a power play. My memory could be wrong tho!

He's definitely never played hockey before outside of these floorball tournaments. There's huge gaps between some of the teams. Basically NHL level, AHL level, then pick whatever league below that level.
Feel bad for Love Yas, just not enough chemistry but Nicky’s stamina is crazy! He was running the whole game nonstop!

Y'all need to call that crease violation more consistantly; Regan camping out in the goalie crease around 5:58 mark with no call.. shortly after nailing Jesse with the infraction. On another note - from one goalie to another, shout out to Dalton for that excellent kick save!! What a beaut! 🤩
I think they didn't call it because she was not affecting the play as of Jesse cut across to get to play faster and get in the way of a shot. I can't speak for the ref tho, I'm sure he had his reasons.

For Floorball 3, they should have an A and B division. With A being the All Stars. Get Pavel on there, bring back Olly Postinin, then sprinkle in some good performers from this season like Rust.

Agree. We had some players drop out last second, which always messes things up. Next year the newcomers will be added in order of need to help balance it out
I’m going DZ it’s discovery zone. Discover his backhand on your own
Nicky absolutely struggling out there. Many have called it out, but he run's too hot in a bad way, even Pavel called it out. He could be bulldozing past people, even Zo does it, instead he runs through his own teammate. Never seems to carry the ball upfield, or look around for a pass. I'm sure when they're out there playing it's harder said then done, but he just needs to slow down, take a breath and look for a pass. So often he has the ball and just shoots it upfield when he has two people available. Either looking for a pass or doing a Reagan or Zo and taking it upfield and passing back for a chance would lead to so much more offense for Love Ya's. Hopefully the boys can take some of the criticism and grow because a Love Ya's firing on all cylinders always leads to some fun action. Still exciting to see the boys in pink for Blitzball 4 in a few weeks!

Constructive criticism incoming! Love Yas play with their heads down way too much. They hardly ever pass, and when they do, the percentage of successful passes is incredibly low. Gotta get those eyes on your teammates! That being said, I'm rooting for them to win at least one game in this season!

Anyone else annoyed that this format always has rematches in the first round? I think a variety of matchups would be better, especially with so few games and no round robin.
I'm with ya, the format could have been planned out better.
So you’re saying you want them to know the result of the round robin before it’s played so they don’t have teams that face off in the round robin face off in the playoffs? Because they’d only be able to prevent a playoff rematch by knowing the results of games not yet played….
Ehh, formatting is fine, seeding might could change but it’s hard to with so few games like you said if it were a 15 game reg season which is a round robin it’d be too hard to do in 2-4 days and would have to be a week on end and by that point itd have to be a league
I think what we’re really saying is we want more games overall

Nicky seems super athletic. But he’s a non factor on this team. Always only has 1 hand on the stick. Never seems to be in the right place.

I love how all the ladies playing in this tournament are the most athletic ones out there. They put these boys to shame. It's also hilarious how unathletic the men are that work at a sports-centric media company.

Raegan is the MVP so far, and not a good showing by love yas, they were easily the least entertaining to watch in this tournament
this is a little hard to watch, i dunno I think it's just not enough room or something unfortunately. Appreciate the effort but on an entertainment scale this is like a 2.5/10 and blitzball is like a 6.5/10
