San Sequoia Family Home | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Build | Growing Together

Hi lovelies! In today's video I have built a family home in San Sequoia which is the new world that came with the Growing Together expansion pack.
This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is all on one floor which is perfect if you have infants or toddlers crawling around.
It is on a 40x30 lot and the price is $117,195. I have only used base game and growing together items in this build.
