You are not doing all this from reward from Allah you are charging a whopping amount of 3 lac rs per month for all the services you are providing . Mazak nahi 2.5 -3 lac rs per month fees dena. So please dont say you are doing any favor to parents . Parents ko aqal honi chaye apne bacho ko apne sath gher per rakhe aur acha tracher hire kere uski therapies ke liye is se kam paiso mey kaam hojaye ga aur bacha bhi safe rahe ga
Nice suggestion, I appreciate it. They opted willingly, I took him for 4-6 months which was extended by them. Regarding fee whatsoever the amount was; more or less, it was obviously with mutual understanding so it is useless to discuss it at this stage.
Regarding reward or punishment, we have a faith on it, Allah SWT is the Best Judge. In shaa Allah.
Sir Umair has done great work with my son Yousif Malik we came to STL from abbottabad when he was 3 years old and he was at STL for 2 and half years he was non verbal with many behavioural issues Alhamdulillah Sir Umair has worked tirelessly with my son and my son has shown great improvement ever since i am ever so greatful to Sir Umair and his team , All the best sir in your fight for Justice and in clearing your name

Definitely you did something to thier child thats why they are coming on media and exposing themselves werna kon apni badnami karaye ga aur apne bache ke izat kharab kare ga. I have seen some of your videos the way you deal with small kids is very inappropriate. Itne jahilo ki trah hath pakrna dantna which shows your aggression towards kids . Allah knows who is right but i feel parent's fault was to trust anyone with their child and didnt take the responsibility of her own child.

In a span of 3 months, Talha started working with me, his behaviours were settled and i got to learn a lot during that phase from Sir Umair and his team. Talha stayed with Sir Umair's family for a total of 7 months and I personally stayed there for 3 months. During the stay, every member of the family including the support staff were very very cooperative. We never faced any difficulty and I have never witnessed any member neglecting a single child. Sir is very strict towards his staff.
All the parents reading my comment right now must know how difficult it is to manage a kid who is on spectrum. Sir Umair, his institute, his team are one of the greatest blessings from Allah for parents who are going through this test in life. His support/efforts during these years cannot be explained in words. I've seen him working from early morning till late night and worrying about the kids specially the ones living with his family since they are a huge responsibility. Nobody makes the days and nights of his life difficult for someone else's children( it's a reality).

Yes no one can replace parents. A child never improves upon the weaknesses unless the parents become part of the team. Parents role is vital, may Allah SWT give strength to all for working with their children. Aameen.

We have been following step to learn videos since the last 3 years when our son was diagnosed with severe asd at age 2. We took online lessons with Major Umair and also visited his STL branch in ISB when we were in Pakistan. From our experience, Major Umair's knowledge, competance and efforts to work with these children and their parents is on a high level masha Allah. He points out what the issues are and what need to be done in order to adress the issues such as picky eating, behaviours etc. He has always emphasized the importance of parental role in the childs asd journey. It is sad when some people use and then choose to defame a person and his team for their personal gains. However, I do believe Major Umaair and STL team will be fine as they have only done good. May Allah SWT protect them from such people. Ameen

Coming to Kaab's case, I was shocked and extremely saddened to hear that someone can go to this level and for a person who has done so so much for their kid. As member of parents support group, I witnessed what Kaab's parents/guardian said which was extremely unethical and illogical. But the allegations made by them in FIR were never raised by them in the group and their intentions are clear from the allegations made by them. I truely believe that a person like Sir Umair and his family don't deserve this. Allah has given him respect and fame and nobody can snatch it like this by such dirty games.
Sir, may Allah Pak bless you and your family with happiness and you just get through this phase smoothly ameen. And insha'Allah you will.

It's hard to believe that the parents who were paying 2.5 lack for 16 months will do all this just to skip 2 months fee . There was definitely shortcomings from your or your staff's end. You say that it's just for money but actually it's not definitely something has happened that's why they are doing all this
Human error factor etc is always there, I understand. For any shortcomings/ weaknesses, we always try hard to overcome those and make the facilities better.
There is a way of communicating and discussing anything in that regard. Blaming with baseless allegations with negative approach is not the right way.
The alarming allegations for which we are accused are definitely required to be proved on appropriate platform.
This is not issue of two months fee rather they intend to get refund of all fee being paid. We are always there to accommodate any parent for their concerns but obviously in limits of understanding and policies mutually understood and agreed upon. The allegations claimed by them are totally frivolous and fake, thus affecting our long earned image by hard work, which cannot be accepted.

Another factor is also important to be considered in regard to their allegations; Another child from same family, son of first cousin of Kaab’s mother is also at STL Home Hostel even after two months of this case. Had these allegations been true then it is very strange that why the parents of other child not concerned or worried for their child? It is very difficult to absorb these facts and realities in view of what they are blaming.
Anyhow we are ready for any sort of investigation in this regard with best hopes from Allah SWT. In shaa Allah.
Sir, Do you deal with Cochlear Implant Child's, who cant speak. Not a ADHD Child. On a monthly basis. Like from 9am to 3pm or whatever the timing is? For around 1 Lakh-1 Lakh 20K
I consulted him as i was worried about my baby he just asked me to watch his RUclips videos no proper guidance for online patients . I wasted 15 k .

I have been watching sir umair's channel for very long time and then i flew from Canada and visited STL. He stressed me to work on my child by myself instead of admitting to STL. If he is greedy person or running some shady business he would have admitted my son to STL and got a lot of money from me. I can attest his honesty and passion towards his work.

What is your qualification, merit and credibility to run such an institution and specially hostel ?
STL is a registered organisation under SECP and IHRA (in process). I am CEO of STL, I play with these children focusing their weaknesses this doesn’t require any qualifications. Children reside in my home and I look after them as my children, this is obviously with parental consent.
Regarding working at STL, we have qualified SLP/ SLT, Behaviour therapist, Psychologist and Teachers from Special Education/ assistants. They work on the skills of children in an organised way.

I think you haven’t read the comments under same video nor seen the parents videos accepting recovery of their children…I never asked them to comment or promote STL.

I'm Talha's mother and my son is under therapies at STL for the past 3 years.
My son Talha was diagnosed with ASD at the age of 2.10. at that time he was non verbal, he had severe behavioural issues, extreme repetitiveness, hyperactive, eating reluctance etc. I was very blessed that immediately after diagnosis and during the phase of denial I got to know about Sir Umair. Talha started taking therapies from STL in AUG, 2020. After 6 months of going to STL, and of course being a mother, I was putting full effort to play my part in the right way( but the results were not that much satisfying) I must say that Talha was very lucky Alhamdulillah that he went to STL HOSTEL for 4 months. After just one month in hostel, he started uttering words, his behaviours were managed. After 4 months, when he was completely settled in the hostel and school environments, sir advised me to take him home and he should be settled at home as well since 4 months is a long period for a 3 year old. After coming back to home, Talha was not willing to work with me at all instead he was extremely reluctant and his behaviours started popping up again. I was really worried and so was the STL team and Sir Umair. I started drills with Talha in school environment so that he'll get used to with me but he was extremely reluctant. Sir provided me with one of his therapist at home so that his behaviour will be modified and he'll start learning in home environment too. But, after trying so many things, i decided to shift in hostel with Talha so that he gets used too of working with me and I'll also learn to manage him further.
