A few years ago, we had a wasp nest inside a cavity wall, and with a Thermal Imaging Camera, they could locate the nest, and could see how big the nest was, because such a nest creates heat. It was a very hot day, but you could see the nest cleary on the screen. Regarding the usb port, i did a quick search, and even a very expensive FLIR that costs 3x as much as this HTI HT-19 still use a Mini-USB port. It seems that many device manufacturers have a overstock on these Mini and Micro USB ports, because they keep using these annoying ports.
