    I always hear the calorie is a calorie argument, but animal protein is the best for RGF1. If the body has the ability to use RGF1 to decrease SHBG and increase free testosterone. Maybe people who eat animal protein dont need as many calories to get the same affect. I literally eat 1,500 maybe 2,000 calories per day of salmon, beef, and eggs. I feel strong, I get morning wood, my body hair is ridiculous. I feel like like most calories people eat dont even get utilized. Just like plant nutrients, garbage

    I've heard that fasting will increase autophagy, human growth hormone and testosterone. Have you researched Intermittent and extended fasting?
