gbdeck200 yep berserker soul has a hilarious ruling (but it is a spell card) It continues to hurt then after they hit 0 XD meaning if you are in a timed match (like on devpro) you create a situation where you can make a tie.
(the reason berserker soul continues is because it must fully resolve before a win is decided)

He's one of three robot reincarnations of a guy in an apocalyptic future (the same one that Paradox comes from). So yeah, as a human, the original is dead. By this point, this is just one of his three robot reincarnations sent to the past.
