For people that can’t find glutinous rice flour, you can use cornstarch/potato starch in this recipe instead! It works perfectly, just like a Hokkaido potato mochi.
I’d recommend potato starch if you aren’t using glutinous rice flour. It makes a different texture, more delicate and crispy than cornstarch. It’s not hard to find either.
