    Your grouping at 15m is amazing - especially while running. Ill hope you inspire a lot of people to start with this kind of archery. We need fresh air in the stationary/mediterranean monoculture archery nowadays :)

    With 45# draw weight this bow for sure capable as a long range target bow. For the traditional 180 meters I am sure about it!

    I have a alibow fiberglass Turkish and just ordered a Janissary. I notice you have a finger saver and nock on it.
    I kept my fiberglass bow without a nock. Do you have a recommendation for the saver in your setup?

    Thanks for the video Charlie. Which one do you prefer between this new version and the other one you had tested (the one with ray skin protection) ?

    I have this bow, and I love it. The only thing I wish was different is the length, I would prefer it to be a shorter bow.

      117 cm is short enough for this type of bow. If you want something shorter, than go with Turkish by Alibow, only 108 long string :)

      @@CharliesRunningArchery I find that occasionally doing Khatra causes the bow come into contact with my body. I'm 5'8" with arms that are perhaps slightly shorter than is average for my height. I don't need as much draw length but I do want a shorter bow, but the are hard to find in the draw weight that I shoot and the style that I like. I've been in the market for a 38-40" bow at 70# for a while but it's hard to find for a price that I could afford.

    I hope you liked your stay in Croatia. If you ever come back I would recommend you come to my part of the country. Our mountain region Lika is much prettier then Dalmacija and the seaside. If you like the outdoors, my town has the best rafting, fishing and hunting in the whole country, and our forrests look like some place out of Lord of the rings novels.

    Looks very nice! The draw length is a KO for me. I'm on the market for a new bow so any recommendations for a 34" save draw short bow are welcome.

      @CharliesRunningArchery  2 года назад

      Hmmm, the longest draw length I know with short bows is on bows from Szimeister. Amazing quality and great bows - try to ask him :)

      @@CharliesRunningArchery Thank you for the hint. The 53" Korean ones are 34" max draw and I don't know if a Manchu bow still counts as short ;)

    For a Han mini bow for my kid, Alibow listed it at $55. When ordering, the total came to $107. Why?! it also included a $52 delivery charge. To Delaware, U.S.A. Is this normal?

    shame it has such a sad name. janissaries were child soldiers kidnapped from their homes and forced to become muslim warriors by the turks. change the name of the bow!!!

    This guy tells same things about every bow he advertises. They are all perfect and each one is his first choice.
