I enjoyed this I would probably add more sounds of the city and background noises that add depth to your piece and try to fade out the sounds a tinge more !
It's really good, all I can really say is maybe try making the sound effects sound more natural and some ambience of some sort to make it sound less fragmented.

Alright, the things I would do to really help this piece is to make sure some of the timing is on point. I would also try to fade out some of the sounds if you can, like the police sirens. The tiniest details make the biggest impact on an audience.
I think that some of the sounds could have kept going through scenes if its going to go back to the same setting but other than that i think it was pretty good.
Everything seems really choppy and literal maybe if you were to add music it wouldn't sound so bland and it would've added some tone or emotion, but the sound effect choices were amazing.
