As soon as I see a morning routine with a bed being made, I instantly click because I’m that odd person that needs motivation and inspiration to actually make my bed as soon as I wake up!!!

I have 2 kids 5 and 7 yrs old. Having a hard time managing my time since I'm super busy at work, but good thing my hubby is very supportive.
I'm not a morning person, so simple in the morning is best! 😅 That's fantastic! I totally understand - it can be challenging to balance work and homeschooling for sure! Do you work from home? PT or FT? That's great that your husband is supportive! My husband occasionally does their school (about once every other week), so I can get some extra work done or do a ladies' breakfast! It's such a nice break!

Thank you! Yes! We live in a wonderful neighborhood and we get together with my friends who have kids their ages pretty often! Occasionally we go on field trips with local homeschool groups too!
I’m curious for the BJU video lessons does she need a keyboard for her iPad. I noticed you just have it on a stand.
No, there's no computer work (at least not for 2nd grade) - it's all in the workbooks/worksheets 👍🏼

We, as humans, take these things for granted because we expect our testimonies to be filled with times of great trial and tribulations that God has helped us through and we forget about the small things he does to help us navigate through everyday life.
I am so proud to see God-fearing parents like you, it makes my belief and faith in God that much stronger because His glory shows in the way you parent.

You use Ron Paul with one and BJU with the other? Ron Paul is not one you hear much about. Can you do a video comparing the two programs or share why you use different ones for different kids?
Good idea! Really it's more because I have curriculum FOMO that we're using BJU Press for my daughter, lol! I like to try different things! She used Ron Paul last year and liked it! But because she's not as independent as my oldest, I liked the idea of being able to buy all her workbooks and not have to print them out for each lesson like you have to do with Ron Paul (my oldest knows how to print them off himself and is responsible enough to do so without me telling him to).
How do you do the reading chart?? Does your kindergarten little boy know how to read?? How's he doing?? How do you deal when he is not focusing or listening?? I have a five year old daughter, we struggle with these things.

I drink coffee in the morning and my daughter and I are using the good and the beautiful level k primer language arts and math curriculums.
Do you have a favorite coffee? That's awesome! How do you like their math? I've never tried their math, but we used to use their Language Arts for Level 1 and really liked it!
@@TheJohnsonCrew Just regular coffee with caramel machiado flavored creamer:) lol and we love love the math curriculum ! It is very hands on so my daughter is doing really well with it:)

I clicked on this video to see how your morning is with a homeschooling schedule for the kids. Not to learn that you wear aligners or use allergy pills. You could have literally saved us some time by starting with your kiddos and skipping YOUR PERSONAL MORNING SCHEDULE. 🥴
