My SGOT & SGPT remains normal and constant for the last 6 years .But I am a lever Cirrhosis patient since 2015 ( it was diagonised casually while a Scanning has done for calculai. Later CT&M R 1 Scanning confirmed it. Endoscopy were also done frequently .. Tests for Fe & cu were done and found negative. 1 am a teetotaler.Even after 6 years cirrhosis remains in the child stage. 1 am diabetic HbA1c is 7.6 .l have slight hypertension, Gallbladder stone.,prostate enlargement (Finast - T discontinued as 1 Feel comfortable even without its consumption .)I wonder why my SGPT&SGOT stands normal despite the chronic lever disease!?

Later CT&M R 1 Scanning confirmed it. Endoscopy were also done frequently .. Tests for Fe & cu were done and found negative. 1 am a teetotaler.Even after 6 years cirrhosis remains in the child stage. 1 am diabetic HbA1c is 7.6 .l have slight hypertension, Gallbladder stone.,prostate enlargement (Finast - T discontinued as 1 Feel comfortable even without its consumption .)I wonder why my SGPT&SGOT stands normal despite the chronic lever disease!?

I have one concern to share with you
December 2022, I did liver function test as a part of my regular check up, SGPT Level shows 57. Meanwhile my USG, SGOT, Bilirubin, Albumin and CRP everything was normal.
On 05/04/2023 I did Liver function test and CRP
Now SGPT shows 55 and CRP normal.
I did my viral test 6 months back which was negative.
Can you please share me your opinion
