I would really love to be able to go to Cuba one day and experience the whole culture
I've been there for 3 weeks, with a rental car I drove 3000km.
The nature is beautiful.... But the some humans there are bad. They want to steel your wheels and lot of thief's on the beach 😅 actually I have pity with them

pig : / i hope..but that looks too big for a pig...unless they had some monster ass pigs...but at the same time...horses 100% don't have that much fat on themthats like 2-4inch of fat.... after being roasted...they're known to be lean...so my guess has to be an extremely large hog they roasted.

you don't know that...and yes i understand Spanish...he never said it was a horse leg...there is honestly too much fat for it to be horse meat...they're lean...i've personally seen horse meat being roasted before in other countries...this can't be horse...way too much fat...
It does not have nothing to soak nothing.... it is typical cuban food if you like it so, good.... if not just go but don`t tell me to change my thin to what you like.

what I overheard from the conversation: the guy cutting the meat, pays people to cook the meat, and the guys that always cooks it was not available, so he took it to the local bread bakery and some guys messed it up when cooking it. From the cuttings skills and the sharp knife, you can tell this guy started selling meat not long ego.
