Awesome vid but quick quesht do you have to remove the window screen & also how tall is your window
My window section to put the track is just under 4 feet wide. To remove a window screen, there are typically little tabs at the top or bottom. You pull them towards eachother and it unlatches from the window track and you can slide it out.
Reviving mine today. I have to windows in my room so I’m running it through my screen door which has a sliding window.

We weren’t able to get the hose to fit? Or did we just not connect the hose right? Which drain thing do we use?
Not sure. I never used my hose. Since it's on wheels, I plan to roll it outside when the water tank is full and empty it. But I still haven't got a full tank since I posted this video!
However, if it's bigger than the drainage plug, maybe try a hose clamp? Can't remember if it came with one.
I got mine today and I'm trying to twist the vent hood and lock it to the vent hood but it doesn't seem to work.
It can be a little tricky, make sure your vent is fully expanded at the end you're trying to connect and put the very edge into the vent hood and start feeding it on there. Then it should connect more firmly as you screw it down!
Hello, I have same brand of portable aircon the problem for mine is it has a weird sound sometimes and even I did not press the timer it will just turn off... I just got it yesterday.. what do you think is the problem? I bought it in wayfair...
Did you leave it standing upright for 4 hours before turning it on?
I haven't experienced any weird noises and have used it every day since I got it.
As for shutting off on you. It has an eco friendly design and it will shut off if it reaches the temperature you have it set to regardless of timer. Hopefully this is what you're referring to, bc it's designed to save you money on electricity! 😎
If you find it shutting off too much, try turning down the temp some more. Should stay on longer till it hits the lower temps.
@@NeedWantBuy , yes I did since that's the instruction in the box.. I don't know why it will stop not even 1 hour after I turn it on it will just stop... I guess I have to return this hopefully soon...
@@pennylanesylla2554 and you tried turning down the temp? If the AC unit is the same temp as the room it won't operate for long.
It is a light to tell you the water is full. Is it Water Fall or Water Full ?
It's water full, I read it wrong during the voice over lol. I still haven't had to empty the tank so I wasn't thinking about the tank!

No, the temp displayed on the remote control is the temp of the AC unit.
How do I actually drain the kowsar portable air conditioner
I wheel mine outside and unplug the plug on the bottom of the backside.
I've been running this most of the summer and haven't had to empty it yet!

There's a big sticker on the front that says sit upright for 4 hours. Additionally, it says it all over the box and the manual lol.
Min stopped working after 2 weeks
Does the water tank need emptied? I don't think it'll run when it's full. I'm sitting in front of mine now and it's still working great!

@@BradTheBarber1 man that sucks! Ours got us through all the heat advisories last week and has been going strong for a few months so far. Hope you figure it out!
