This is one of the best videos I’ve listen to about sugar in your triglycerides and cholesterol. I just ordered your new book. Thank you for this video.

Best quote: "We know cholesterol is important for immunity". Since being Keto/Carnivore I never get sick. Even COVID was a two day event of soreness, not even a temperature.

      Energy X ~ Yeah,
Can you believe these mask wearers still haven’t figured out that none of this is happening by accident and none of this is about protecting the public from a Virus. . .
And the plan all along was to reduce them to a state of perpetual fear,
So that they’ll keep surrendering their freedoms to power hungry politicians in exchange for the illusion of protection,
Which is really Just a Roll out of a Dystopian,
      Ai Controlled,
Total Surveillance Smart Grid Known as
      THE NEW WORLD ORDER.

Amazing. Since eating a mainly plant based diet I rarely get sick and even after being exposed on two occasions to COVID I didn't get sick, no soreness nor temperature.

Well, if your body do not have any response, it's not to say you're healthy. Cholesterol lowering drugs are after-all prescribed to organ transplant patients in order to suppress their immunity; towards decreasing the possibility of rejection of foreign organs. (Previously some vegetable seed oils were used.)

Hey guys. Amazing video and been listening to your revised audio book lately. You mentioned you would mention what it means when a person has higher triglycerides than HDL but i dont think you got to it. I'm in Canada and my Tri's came back at 0.75 mmol/L and HDL 1.29 mmol/L so I get a negative number with your math. I do want to mention im 45, but had massive cardiac arrest at 41 and still don't understand why I was blocked up to this day. Had 70% blockage in 1 artery and 100% in LAD, which I understand was lower, but a piece must have broken off to make it 100. I had health anxiety for decades and got a lot of blood tests, and I dont think my tri's were ever too high and HDL too low that I knew about. I was told I had fatty liver in 2018, which I made better with a healthier diet. If you guys are interested in using me for some type of video topic, I'd love some insights. Thanks, Mike from Canada

Thank you, gentlemen, very well said and revealing the myth! We can learn so much, especially "stay away from the drug sugar" and many things in your body will change for the better. God bless you :)

The easiest way to recover from sugar addiction, is through regular fasting. Besides for numerous other benefits, fasting also resets the taste buds.

Hello ! My triglyceride number is .58, and my HDL is 3.58. My total Cholesterol is 7.20. So if i get my TG/ HDL ratio, it’s like 1.062 . That’s really good isn’t it? My doctor keeps telling me i have to go on a statin. I’m 55 years old, am 142 pounds and 5’2. My parents lived to be 99 and 88. My grandparents lived to be 100 and 97. Am I wrong to tell him i’m not going on a drug? I don’t take ANY drugs right now . Thanks for your thoughts ! I bought your revised book, too!

Regarding the 19m25s mark, Jonny didn't ever get back to the (rare?) condition that I fall into, namely trigs (74) < HDL (111). I've read, for example, that a LOW ApoB100 (vldl/idl/ldl particle count) , LOW triglycerides, and HIGH HDL, have a *HIGHER DEATH RATE* than those with HIGH ApoB100?
Tom Dayspring say that he likes to see how much triglycerides the LDL is carrying (as opposed to the amount of cholesterol its carrying). He finds OXPL oxidized phospholipids-ApoB and Uric Acid tests, useful.
Finally, regarding statins+CoQ10/Geraniol Geranial, I understand statins work by inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase (the first step in cholesterol synthesis), but may cause insulin-resistance and lower CoQ10 / Vit-K2 (MK4), Myelin.... but I would have liked to have heard more about its BENEFITS (anti-inflammatory, blood-thinning). For example, water-soluble statins (crestor/rosuvastatin) vs fat-soluble (lipitor/atorvastatin/simvastatin/atorvastatin)... the latter seems to be correlated with a decreased risk of Parkinsons/dementia. Statins increase Nitric-Oxide?
BTW, until there is a continuous *INSULIN* monitoring device, how could one test their insulin to see for signs of early insulin-resistance? What would be a good fasting and good post-prandial insulin levels?

I was going to ask same thing about this too because my Triglycerides are 0.75 mmol/L and HDL 1.29 mmol/L
