【DIY】Make an Adjustable circle cutting jig for Trimmer

In this video I show how to make a circle cutting jig for trimmer.
I devised it so that the radius of the disk and the hole can be seen at a glance.

Liked and subbed. I really like the way that you can make these jigs without a workshop full of expensive tools. Great idea on the two line to measure both radii and using a template guide instead of having to screw the trimmer to the jig.

What is the use of template guide for ?

Thanks for watching！This is to rotate the jig accurately by fitting the template guide into the hole drilled in the jig.

The template guide is a guide for copying that is built into the base. The diameter of the guide is 10mm. When this circle comes into contact with the mold, it can move along the mold. Then, the material is processed through an 8mm bit, so it is possible to process at a distance of 2mm from the mold.
