I just love these keep it simple methods to reach your goal. I ran into this video by accident. I also like the ones of JS Koubou but the materials used are far beyond my budget.
First I want to make clear that a plan such as this would never have formed in my mush brain so this is not a "you shoulda" comment. Wondering if it has stood the test of time and would it be possible to find an aluminum bushing for the router nut to sit in to prevent deforming the hole? My guess is that any wobble or variation would wreck the cut. Fantastic idea and perfect presentation.
Best of the best trim router circle cutting jig I have seen so far! Thank you master woodworker and designer! Wish I could like this design 100k times

The bearing is a 604Z Inner diameter is 4 mm, the outer diameter is 12 mm, and the thickness is 4 mm

What 3r layer is used for ?
The third layer is used to secure the black knob.

早速素人ながら、少し小型のものを作ってみました。これは活躍しそうでワクワクしています。
ところで、私はゴリラのボトル型木工用接着剤を使っていますが、圧着すると当然ながらはみ出して難儀しています。
ご使用の接着剤のメーカーと品名を教えていただきたく、よろしくお願いいたします。

治具の動画では木工用瞬間接着剤を使用している為はみ出しはありませんが、通常の木工品には普通の木工用ボンド（酢酸ビニル樹脂系）を使用しています。
