Byleths paralogue is sorta a defense map in sense that many enemies will go past your units to get to the crystals. Buy yeah, it doesn't have the neat castle siege thing going on like this map.
It's also a shame that the only way to win is to kill the boss, so the map is balanced around you breaking through the enemies, and them breaking through your army isn't really a concern. I miss the "survive" maps, where you actually struggle to hold the enemies back.
i would've rly liked some maps where u need to defend a spot/survive during X turns or kill all targets in X turns

This map is really funny if you roll a warp staff in the ancient well. Goes from defense map to LTC
There's too many units I want to use, I can't choose 7 😢😢
I think the 7 man is a fun play through idea. I might try a run with all units being 1 class like a griffin knight only run or paladin run.
