Pretty nice logs for pasture trees. They can only get so big before they reach their highest potential for the tree density in which they are growing. Competion makes them grow taller and straighter or it can shade them out completely. Not enough competition and u get those giant crowns. Good thing about walnut is that it repopulates the understory very well if it's not overgrazed or brush hogged. Walnut responds really well to more sunlight reaching the ground by taking out dominant trees. Looks like you'll have a nice load of logs leaving there
