no its not correct. when you was spinning the wheel it jumped up and down!! Truing a wheel is not just side to side!!! and NEWER hit ANYTHING with a messurment tool!!! its a pricission tool for messurment not a baseball batt!!

The key is here is don't let them get that loose and you can use the tapping method to stay on top of it.
