@@FinelyRevealed the T-Mobile associate said it was T-Mobile’s policy to refuse service in the store if i didn’t wear a mask that covered my nose. I told them my mask is covering my nose as the plastic shield goes from my chin to above my nose. Then he said it had to be cloth above my nose. I said mine would stop a sneeze by yours would go thru a cloth mask. Then he said they just wouldn’t help me with the kind of mask I had. Then I left.

Just last Tues eve Dillons manager and assistant in Newton, KS called the police and locked up the self service scanner so we could not complete our purchase and because my husband and I were not wearing masks and politely declined when they stuck one up in our face asking if we needed masks. They said we were trespassing and that we could not shop there if we did not wear masks! More details are described in a Notice of Discrimination signed affidavit. I reported it to the ADA/DOJ. Is there anything else i need to do? Would love to get your take on the situation!

Many of us are feeling a class action law suit is in order and are seeking representation. Is that something you would be up for? What is involved and how would you advise? May I call you?

I have a question, my boys are part of a cub scout group whose national stance is to wear a mask. They also hold some of their meetings in a church that requires masks to be inside their building. This is all fear based but everyone is complying and we are being accused of having and attitude. What is their legal right as non profits or even for profit organizations. Do they have the authority to kick us out? We signed up prior to all hell breaking loose with this flu. Also, does Costco or other retailer have the right to force a mask? Does the local Jackson County, MO health department have the authority to shut down and fine businesses because they are doing so just like that gym that is in your instagram account.

General videos in some of these areas are in the works. These areas seem to cover a combination which involves the actual laws, any guidelines being touted and any contracts of participation.

Are they allowed to asks you to leave if you refuse to wear a mask or more likely in my case go in with it on and pull it off about 10 or 15 minutes later when it will not stay and/or I get sick and tired of the feel on my face? I have cerebral palsy and have learned through this mess that while I am willing to wear a mask for short times I do not do well when it is required/requested of me for more than a few minutes. It is all I can do at times to not reach up and pull the thing off.

The ADA and HIPPA protect people who have a health/medical reason for being unable to wear the mask- most places know about this and by telling them you are exempt they will respect that. - and they can't ask you specifics about it and you do not have to say anything other than that. If a store asks you to leave you can ask for documentation to confirm that is the only reason and then make a note as to date and time- then find another store. for an employer- again ADA requires they make an accomodation - be respectful when asking.
Can you please help me understand is it just a suggestion or law under the governor's emergency order? 48-925 (b) Under the provisions of this act and for the implementation thereof, the governor may issue orders and proclamations which shall have the force and effect of law during the period of a state of disaster emergency declared under subsection (b) of K.S.A. 48-924 65-119. Duties and powers of local health officers; contagious diseases; confidentiality of information; disclosure, when. (a) ... The county or joint board of health or local health officer is hereby empowered and authorized to prohibit public gatherings when necessary for the control of any and all infectious or contagious disease. 65-301. Authority of officers; expenses. Whenever smallpox or other contagious or infectious diseases exist in a city of the second or third class the governing body of such city and the local health officer and the county commissioner in the district in which is located such cities shall take such action as in their judgment may be necessary to control, suppress and prevent the spreading of the same and to pay all the necessary expenses for such action and purposes.
We've been watching your videos great channel, I had to subscribe I have a question, no one really ever talks about just buying land for recreation..... I'm sure millions are typing that into Google.... not a whole lot out there and especially after a bankruptcy.... my question is this... I filled for bankruptcy and in a few months it will be 3 years since the discharge... I make great money, I have very little debt, my credit score is 720.... when I called greenloan for financing, they require 4 years after discharge.... is this a standard? because that's harsh are there any banks that will approve the loan after 2 years.... can't wait for the next chair spin around video to cover this topic😁 and whats the short answer thanks awesome lady🙂
