Mercy your food looks delicious. I love your skuma… and grilled meat. I tried ‘ugali’ and it was ok… don’t kill me. I like rice because my Asian Grandma made that at least once a day. I cook ‘skuma’ frequently. Hope you enjoyed your food 😊

That kind of posho( ugali) i have never seen it in Uganda am surprised as a Ugandan coz we do plain white no.1grade of flour even in schools that looks like the kenyan one,,,but ow do u eat posho with dry meat just asking swthrt,,,how do u swallow it without sauce
@@MercysEmpire_ke no mercy, ugandan maize flour ain't mixed with cassava flour, we prepare cassava flour food differently and maize flour food differently. Infact cassava flour is not common in the central and west, it's more common in the north and some parts of the East
@@katelynleigh94no plz I western we do more cassava even than eastern coz we don't eat millet ugali plain,,,t must be mixed with cassava flour😂in fact pple from kasese they eat even eat cassava ugali plain,,,,, we westerners eat so much millet mixed with cassava as a must
@@trustvia2663 then that's called a different name, when we say posho or maize flour you wont be presented with maize flour mixed with cassava flour. Like say Kalo, if I mix maize flour and millet flour that will be called a different name.

🤣🤣Yes that’s a Kenyan thing. Our meat don’t swim in water. We would rather take a soda, milk or any other beverage. 🤣🤣
