The Brabhams under Mr. Ecclestones ownership were a feast to the eyes. These cars are not just race cars, they are pieces of art in their appearance. He is showing a sense of extremely good taste.
This will go down as one of the single most important documentation's of the history of the sport. personally i dont think they should just be sold to anyone. these cars should all be preserved under one roof. and for the world to see and charish
Hi Tom, thanks again for sharing this amazing new chat with uncle Bernie. An unmissable experience to watch it many times. As Argentinian born myself I must say it's a privilege knowing all the cars linked with our hero drivers are within his collection. Simply unbelievable. 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
As a young kid that BT-55 was an amazing looking car. I can remember standing on the side of the track in Adelaide, ignoring the other cars and waiting for that to come past. Fantastic era of racing!!
What an amazing and historically significant collection owned by the Godfather of F1. The BT46 fan car is my favourite and clearly inspired Gordon Murray to carry the fan design into the T.50!
There’s no denying it , chapman , McLaren, Ferrari , Brabham those guys were mechanics and racers often championship winning drivers and team owners , all created fantastic winning teams , amazing guys but Bernie took it to another level - these series of videos were fantastic and a real insight into F1 history. Can someone please do a documentary film of Bernie
I was watching this like I was under a spell or something. Just simply marvelous! As I kid I spend hours looking at a poster in my bedroom with the 85 Brabam on it. Just fantasizing of being a formula 1 driver. Thank you for this beautiful video!
Yet another absolutely amazing upload. This series in general has got to be greatest F1 related content on the web. The BT52 was an absolute monster! Bernie IS F1!
These glorious videos are the greatest Christmas gift to petrolheads across the globe. Merry Christmas THJ and thank you for the gift that keeps on giving!
I started watching F1 in 75 and started to be a big fan of Brabham when Niki and Nelson teamed up. Till now IMO the Brabhams are the best looking F1s ever. The livery is unmatched 👌 BT53 is the hero but that BT50 with BMW power stunned me, when I saw it live, spitting flames - as a boy it it changed my view of cars.
Unbelievable history and knowledge from you Tom we have to see more of you on RUclips. Have a good Christmas to you and Bernard thumbs up from Peter here at U8V MANCHESTER
Wow beautiful stuff Tom! First on here but not to gloat this is a hell of a raceworld for somebody like myself. You are really giving us the annals of racing vaults, this is lovely. And the machines in that collection, there are 2 really mysterious ones that I'm wondering 3 actually how they got there, one of them was found in Czechoslovakia when they found the whereabouts of a factory taken over by some of the politics back eons ago not this particular one or the other and the one which was featured in a legendary soundtrack at Donington.
I’d like to see each car from each manufacturer to go to a collector of those particular brands, rather than the collection to be split up altogether. Better still, someone steps in to buy them all. There is a museum’s worth in that room. Is there a museum that race their cars? Great videos and it’s always interesting to listen to Bernie. Every word he says is measured and valuable. Also always enjoy listening to you Tom - always a pleasure listening to someone at the top of the game. Note I said ‘the’ not ‘their’.
Fabulous. Loved it, F1 was way more enjoyable with Bernie in charge, just a huge corporate monster these days with automaton drivers (although no doubt very talented)
Dan Gurneys Eagle was the best looking in person up close. Lotus 72 in Jps colors was best from 50 feet. The Martini Brabham 44 is for sure all time top 5 though.
This is one of the greatest documented series in Formula 1

Fantastic, been waiting for this for days now! Thanks so much Tom!

These videos bring a tear to my eyes, beautiful ❤
This Brabham collection is amazing, beautiful cars

Bernie is such a modest man, he built an empire.
There’s no denying it , chapman , McLaren, Ferrari , Brabham those guys were mechanics and racers often championship winning drivers and team owners , all created fantastic winning teams , amazing guys but Bernie took it to another level - these series of videos were fantastic and a real insight into F1 history.

Gordon Murray designed fast cars, but they are also so beautiful. The 1970s Brabhams still look state-of-the-art.
Que coleção F1, é a história da F1 😮👏🏾👏🏾
this documentary should be called Severe Goosebumps.
Just unbelievable and shown in the way possible, thank you Tom! And Too Bernie one of legends of this sport I love so much!
Brabham BT 44 Nº 7 and Carlos Reutemann , both will always be in my memory. Thank you !!!
I was watching this like I was under a spell or something. Just simply marvelous! As I kid I spend hours looking at a poster in my bedroom with the 85 Brabam on it. Just fantasizing of being a formula 1 driver. Thank you for this beautiful video!
These videos have been very special indeed. Congratulations Tom and thank you to you and and your team and of course to Bernie.

BT49….just stunning
I am very impressed first episode !!! Whatching second episode with fully complete pleasure
These were my favorite years watching these beautiful cars.
These glorious videos are the greatest Christmas gift to petrolheads across the globe. Merry Christmas THJ and thank you for the gift that keeps on giving!
Simply stunning collection!!
SO much fun to see this..
Thank you Tom
Watching my childhood and the begin of my love for F1. I can't wait to see some of these cars race again at Historic Events.
I started watching F1 in 75 and started to be a big fan of Brabham when Niki and Nelson teamed up. Till now IMO the Brabhams are the best looking F1s ever. The livery is unmatched 👌

Just next level. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏁
He is 94 years old and still kicking it.
Legend
Another brilliant video, Tom, looking forward to part 3 and the pre-war cars
Unbelievable history and knowledge from you Tom we have to see more of you on RUclips. Have a good Christmas to you and Bernard thumbs up from Peter here at U8V MANCHESTER
BRABHAM I just loved them …..
Saw one at Brighton Speed Trails what a sound screeching sound …,,,,
Beautifully elegant video
Stunning.
Great content! Keep it up 👍
I can't believe Bernie is 94. He remembers things like the particular race, let alone year that Niki first Retired from F1 in 1978.
Is there one alive today that has a car collection that can match Bernie's? Honestly. It's insane
Absolutely fantastic.....
The cars of Gordon Murray are my favorite cars.
One word, Wowed
This walk about with Bernie was inspired Tom.
Such iconic cars, Bernie definently made the right decision to keep them together.
10:30 🤌

I've always said in my opinion that BT52 is the most aesthetically pleasing F1 car ever designed !
Good work Tom…
I always thought Carlos Reuteman’s car was a fabulous looking machine….fantastic to see it here in the collection.
I dream of the Piquet type 52.
"Get it done." - Bernie Ecclestone
Tom u are legend!
WOOW!!
Lotus 79 or Ferrari 641 has to be most beautiful car of all time, surely?
"Get it done". Bernie's still the boss.
Fabulous. Loved it, F1 was way more enjoyable with Bernie in charge, just a huge corporate monster these days with automaton drivers (although no doubt very talented)

Im interested to buy his collection. How i can contact him?
I have been waiting for this , Brabham ❤❤❤❤ bmw M power
wawwww, speechlesssssss
BT48 my fav. Won a non championship race at Imola
First Alfa was BT45
Be interested to see what everything sells for the .Ultimate Garage collection
For me the BT55 is the best looking, the lower the better, shame it didn't deliver but it was the precursor for the McLaren MP4/4.
So, is the Ferrari 375 The most valuable car in this collection and what do you think it will fetch? 45-50m? I’m not a car expert!!
And then to my disbelief, I realize I was wrong thinking he only had a Ferrari collection. Oh my God.
I wonder if Gordon Murray fancies buying a Brabham?!
How come he’s got so many cars
🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
To live in the 21st century, and still be unable to enjoy a proper, loud,
F1 engineering,
tells exactly how wrong has this
World become.
I prefer the Brabhams to the Ferraris
This collection belongs to a Museum… a Museum in the memory of Bernie Ecclestone. It’s really a shame to break these cars apart.
That BT46B fancar, imo, the car I'd purchase from this collection.
Gordon Murray is god!
....non capisco come mai, sulle Brabham non ci sono i nomi dei piloti...
No one wants current f1 cars or will collect or even look at in 5 years let alone 20+ years
First!
What an unbelievable privilege
Good work Tom…
