    Ingredients (材料):
    300g (2 1/4 cups) wholemeal flour (全麦面粉)
    200g (1 1/2 cups) bread flour (面包粉/高筋面粉)
    2 tbsp brown sugar (黄糖)
    1 tsp salt (盐)
    3 tsp instant yeast (即溶酵母)
    300ml water(水)
    1 tbsp honey (蜂蜜)
    50g Butter (牛油)

    Tried n this is so far the best recipe using wholemeal flour . It's soft even on the 2nd day. Hv tried others n is so tough . Now thinking of using this dough to make cinnamon bread😁 my mum just loved this🥰

    Tq. Kathrine, I made these buns today, with a little twist, I added a handful of sultanas in and they turned up fabulous sweet and buttery.

    Very good recipe. Baked a times. Sometimes I made it into a loaf. Sometimes into rolls.

    3tsp instant yeast is about almost 8 grams.. seems alot 😅.
    Anyway, I bake it today.. taste slightly bitter and it doesn't look like in the video.
    I wonder if I use wholemeal wheat flour is the same thing as wholemeal flour?

    Is Whole Wheat and Wholemeal flour are the same? I live in America. There's not many wholemeal flour if they're it's very expensive. Can I use whole wheat flour in place of whole meal? Thank you.

      phia3287 v likely so. I hv purchased a pack of whole grain flour recently n the contents r all coarse, no ‘flour” at all!
