It surprises me there are often no newer editions of these works. Given how much drivel gets printed nowadays you'd think someone would carry the torch. Most of these don't have copyright anymore either. True treasures for study into how and why people thought things worked. Oh well. At least we have this channel. Grateful for that.
Ikr, it can’t be too difficult even to just scan them and put them on the internet right, not accounting for how careful you have to be but still
I own a 1st Edition of “Raphael’s Ancient Manuscript of Talismanic Magic,” and simply owning the book and having it on my bookshelf makes me feel special in some sort of way. I love antiquarian books, AND I love studying the occult. I also have two copies of Arthur Edward Waite’s “Pictorial Key to the Tarot.” One copy has black and white pictures, the other copy (an earlier print) has colored pictures.
Please share by reading it to us!? We shouldn’t loose such knowledge. ❤

That's so cool! I've got an antique book myself, containing germanic legends. It was printed when Germany still had an Emperor. It's fascinating how these fragile things can survive such a long time if they are cared for enough.

Esotericism has just blown me away. After we graduate from highschool, having been taught what is deemed "essential" by our modern society, we each go our own ways, doing our own business having our blinders on. And then came my father's death to pancreatic cancer 2 years ago, to which ensued the disillusion, the nihilism, that we all are just surviving in the name of money, relationships & pride ... never questioning the story that we all share, as we pretend that it functions more than it does. How pityful, this deflation of meaning that I felt, and yet this is yet just another story that veils and approximate senselessly something that is hidden within, my sense of wonder when I look at the fishing boats on the horizon of the sea, the birds singing up on a tree, and the simplest things which hide a sense of things that goes unexplained, a reality that is hidden within, a sense of divinity and of the self hand in hand projected over all animate and inanimate things. That little fire which is lit in all of us, which is not just beyond, but is within, is esotericism. And the unreachable and yet tangible humble pursuit of that inner wisdom, is what makes life worth living.

That book, older and wiser than all of us, it's part of the marvels of the unseen world. The occult it's what gives my life meaning. I've spent most of my free time just listening or reading online about different topics and applying them to my personal life. As if i was giving them life again. Old wisdom won't be forgotten while there are still observers to It. Holding a book like that is like holding the whole universe within your hands. A testament to the miracle of life and the joy of seeing past the veil from time to time.

I would like to submit why i would like to win. Im happy to provide proof, but last year, my neighbor burned down my house. There were 3 of us, and all of us made it out, but then my esa died a month later from cancer.
I had collections of various things, but my favorite were old books. I even had some i had bound myself in the style of ancient texts.
Only a handful of anything survived. I think the worst part was honestly that most of my books didn't fully burn. A few were just completely waterlogged and it felt like their bloated moldy corpses mocked me.
I don't normally try to use my life story to get things, everyone has hardships, but we are rebuilding a small library in a new home and honestly, having a book like i always dreamed of owning (in a protective case of course) would genuinely just bring me so much joy.

OH GOODNESS! I adore old books. I’m still gutted that I loaned my 1854 book of Grimm’s fairy tales to a friend to read to their child & never got it back. Years later.
Then for them to be Esoteric books. My heart just swoons. (And mind is swaying with it.)
There are such wonderful books there. I’m totally gobsmacked that you can get rid of any of them.
I can’t afford any, though, no matter the cost, as my man is just made redundant at 67. So while I have always want to go to patreon, I haven’t.

Unfortunately, I fear this may not be the last Dr Sledge hears from the scammers. I hope not, but unless the song is hosted on a well protected royalty free site (like epidemicsound) the scammer might still go after him. I've seen them go after folks for their own recordings on other channels (literally the person was playing 'live' on the video) as well as going after folks that hold the license to music that they purchased from the creator. Unfortunately, scammer gunna scam

Love to have a place where old texts can be studied and appreciated no matter their bearing on religious dogma.
