If someone as weak as the deva path could wipe an entire village off the map with an almighty push, what would Adult Sasuke theoretically be capable of? Hence why the abilities were just removed from sasukes arsenal.

It's because his chakra pool isn't as abundant as people think. His space time ninjutsu was very chakra depleting. He didn't really have access to those abilities due to his limited chakra pool. Even if he would've been able to use the abilities, using one alone could have left him without chakra, and when one runs out of chakra, they die!Nagato was able to use them because he was an Uzumaki, which granted him a massive chakra pool.

Honestly one big question about it in general is whether he has full access to rennegan abilities. The evolution of the rennegan is still very complex and diverse. For one thing, while it's likely the case, we don't know if his rennegan is actually a higher grade of rennegan as nagatos. It's likely a higher evolution though. That said, he also currently only has one rennegan awakened, in addition to the eternal mangekyo. The Uchiha sharingan, as far as we can see, is a different evolutionary path than the standard one of the otsotsuki, as far as lore so far has shown. Being as at no point does an otsotsuki ever seem to have one, in fact only humans with otsotsuki blood seems to have them. And it takes merging of otsotsuki blood to get them in the first place, something Sasuke truthfully has never done. For all we know that, and the fact that Sasuke only has rennegan in one eye, he may not have access to those other paths at all. Space time ninjutstu, such as teleporting, and to some extent push and pull, are sort of upper abilities of the sharingan, which barely tip their toes into yin yang release, which Sasuke I believe only received yang of. Because of this, on many ways sasukes evolution of the rennegan is incomplete. It's also entirely possible that it's only a borrowed eye from hagoromo in some way, with each of the six tomoe representative of both his, and it's his eyes, with hagoromos chakra essentially just buffing their abilities. Given Sasuke saw teleportation and almighty push and pull be useful, and they were within his ability to copy given the extra boost (which he cannot replicate without his rennegan being charged), it's likely that these abilities were more shared with him than actually awakened within himself. Honestly exactly how Sasuke could have received the rennegan at all, other than by being granted pure chakra from hagoromo, same as kakashi from Obito, dosent make sense to begin with. At least as far as a natural evolution, since normally it takes remixing the blood line. Sasuke couldn't, as far as we know, have awakened this naturally, as Madara technically did. So likely he was handed down the rennegan. Given the weak state of hagoromo, and many other things he was doing at the time, Sasuke may just not have these abilities. Again, like susano, some of these abilities may also require both eyes be awakened in the first place.
Or the fact that he only comprehended the techniques that he knew how to use. Human Path, black rods generation, and Preta Path (which he used once against Naruto) will increase his survivability. But, I think Sasuke pride in his own fighting abilities is the only thing holding him back from using the rinnegan full potential.

Even if he didn't want to use all of the rinnegan abilities it would have been cool if he at least shot missiles and used Almighty Push/Universal Pull in conjunction with his amenotejikara ability
Honestly one big question about it in general is whether he has full access to rennegan abilities.
The evolution of the rennegan is still very complex and diverse. For one thing, while it's likely the case, we don't know if his rennegan is actually a higher grade of rennegan as nagatos. It's likely a higher evolution though. That said, he also currently only has one rennegan awakened, in addition to the eternal mangekyo.
The Uchiha sharingan, as far as we can see, is a different evolutionary path than the standard one of the otsotsuki, as far as lore so far has shown. Being as at no point does an otsotsuki ever seem to have one, in fact only humans with otsotsuki blood seems to have them. And it takes merging of otsotsuki blood to get them in the first place, something Sasuke truthfully has never done. For all we know that, and the fact that Sasuke only has rennegan in one eye, he may not have access to those other paths at all. Space time ninjutstu, such as teleporting, and to some extent push and pull, are sort of upper abilities of the sharingan, which barely tip their toes into yin yang release, which Sasuke I believe only received yang of.
Because of this, on many ways sasukes evolution of the rennegan is incomplete.
It's also entirely possible that it's only a borrowed eye from hagoromo in some way, with each of the six tomoe representative of both his, and it's his eyes, with hagoromos chakra essentially just buffing their abilities. Given Sasuke saw teleportation and almighty push and pull be useful, and they were within his ability to copy given the extra boost (which he cannot replicate without his rennegan being charged), it's likely that these abilities were more shared with him than actually awakened within himself.
Honestly exactly how Sasuke could have received the rennegan at all, other than by being granted pure chakra from hagoromo, same as kakashi from Obito, dosent make sense to begin with. At least as far as a natural evolution, since normally it takes remixing the blood line. Sasuke couldn't, as far as we know, have awakened this naturally, as Madara technically did.
So likely he was handed down the rennegan. Given the weak state of hagoromo, and many other things he was doing at the time, Sasuke may just not have these abilities. Again, like susano, some of these abilities may also require both eyes be awakened in the first place.
Or the fact that he only comprehended the techniques that he knew how to use. Human Path, black rods generation, and Preta Path (which he used once against Naruto) will increase his survivability. But, I think Sasuke pride in his own fighting abilities is the only thing holding him back from using the rinnegan full potential.

He has abilities that can both temporarily or permanently relive his left arm. How would that slow him down?

basho tennin would do nothing but pull jigen in to beat his ass faster and jigen doesn’t use anything that Sasuke can absorb and he can’t absorb his chakra cause he’s not fast enough to tag jigen or strong enough to keep him in place

I can think of so many instances in Boruto where he could’ve used shinra tensei or even partial susanoo, but chose not to. And he’s always out of chakra. Remember that one time in Naruto when Jiraiya was out of chakra? Me neither.
Well due to him having EMS and Rinnegan and all 5 chackra natures in theory he should be able to use all elemental kekkei genkei at the very least.

If he use all of his rinnegan abilities he would defeat naruto easily and since that doesn't support the author end goal so only nagato get to use all the paths. You saw how easily edo nagato was clapping both naruto and bee. Not to mention he put all the tailed beast under genjutsu and took their power and yet somehow naruto was winning with only half of kurama inside him.

Its weird he didn't just use the deva path and absorbed chakra. Naruto is basicaly pp max restore so whenever they teamed up he should have just chucked a rasengan at him. The worst part is he abused the frva path a lot when he fought naruto.
