I think its because this game had More like a movie approach than a game approach in terms of style, and i gotta say, the devs really done that so well, everything about this game feels like a movie, which really makes you feel that intense feeling

So disappointing the game cuts out any aftermath from the train hitting the car on the tracks. I get that they cut the demo at that point way back, but the full experience also stops right there. Were they constrained by Ford to not show the thing get wrecked completely by the train? Yet they were fine with the car being stolen from the cops, shot at repeatedly by the chopper, then crashed and rolled over onto said tracks. Just disappointing.
I thought that was a particularly impactful way to end the scene. Like, what else was left to show? The car exploding after getting hit? I mean, it might've looked cool, but then what? It'd just be an awkward ending, since it would've ended after the climax.
I think adding one more second so you see the poor cop car get satisfying shoved away by the train would be great so that we get to see exactly what fate Jack just escaped

I live near La Crosse and I can tell you that the map design is actually pretty accurate. However, the six tuner cars racing at 170 down the highway? Never seen that before.
It's awesome how well they recreate the 'feel' of every location down to whether it feels cold or hot just by staring at it! Doubly impressive is how well they pull it off even though they reuse a lot of assets throughout the game.

You wanna beat a One-77 without having to struggle, try driving a Lamborghini Aventador or a Sesto Elemento, all you have to do is control the car but if you get beaten then the One-77 driver is more than just a professional driver. P.S No way a Hakosuka (Box) Skyline can beat a One-77 no no not a chance even if you're a professional unless the One-77 breaks down.

It is turbocharged. What you are hearing is straight cut gears whine which is quite loud in the game.
