I will say, when you do the same side pass off/leg trap definitely turn your thumb down to ground as you start to pull your arm out. I didn’t do this the other night in no-gi and I ended up armlocking my own damn self in a freak accident and my elbow popped. Very minor sprain and like I said a bit of a freak accident, but something to be aware of.
Blue belt here. Idk why TF I never thought of doing bow an arrow falling on the under hook. I actually pulled this off yesterday but I’m watching your back attack videos for the finer details. Thanks bro!! big inspiration 🤙🏽

Just what I needed
Request: instructional for defending/escaping the bow & arrow. That would be awesome, and haven't really ever found good instructiob for how to escape or even defend well a bow & arrow once he get in the right position
The tip with your arm inside of his gi collar is amazing (11:21). Never seen that before. Is that IBJJF leagal?
