the lake ends before the boat picks up speed, and you have to slow down suddenly, that's why the instability of the boat appears, plus the water conditions are not very good, the weakest point of the boat has given way twice, with the SSS engines it will be even faster, I think you will have to focus on one set of propellers that way with two sets of batteries you can adjust the settings between rounds.
    I enjoyed watching 😊

Thanks Daiciu, I appreciate your good inputs! This lake is 10 minutes from my house, and not many other big lakes are nearby, which are suitable. This water condition is already quite good in Netherlands. We have lot's of wind here 😅.
The rudder bracket was a weak link. I will make an aluminium T-bracket now.
About the props, yes you're right.. I just like to try many things, haha. I will focus on the golden props. I got a pair of 6S 4000mAh 70C CNHL lipo's. Split the current over 2 packs, I feel that's the best way.
In the end, it's all about having fun. And I'm sure enjoying this hobby, while sharing it with others!

@@CozyRC try to go before sunrise maybe you whill find better water,I always go on sunrise ,you can use 6s 2p and you whill have 8000 mah but you need paralel conectors

@daiciuapostol79 I have 6S 8000mAh 2P now, but with 2 separate packs. That means, the plus and minus wire of each lipo only needs to deliver the current of 1 motor. If you have 1 big pack, double the current needs to go through the wires, leading to higher resistance. I believe 2 packs is better for that reason 😎

Speedmaster can fix that rudder problem

Thanks for the tip. I will make my own rudder from aluminium, as I love DIY building 😎✌️

Inspiring vid once again. That a very fast rocket :) On another note... would you be kind to make a video about "how to recover your flipped boat"? I think I heard you saying in a past video that you have a purpose-built rescue boat. I would be interested in knowing more. Cheers

Thank you José! The challenge is with the filming: I got my phone holder on my transmitter. The resue boat has another transmitter, without phone holder. So it's very difficult to film during a rescue operation 😅. My rescue boat is an eco boat (mono) with some pool noodle at the front. It works, but it's not the best. I'm considering to make a prop driven rescue boat from pool noodle, like there are many examples on RUclips. If I make one, I will make a video about that, of course 😎 Thanks for your watching!

@CozyRC The issues of "low budget high quality content" production 👌 lol 😆 been there, professionally. I've been trying to persuade my wife to learn to fly my drone, so maybe o e day (when I finish a boat that runs reliably for more than 2 min) I can put a video out. Cheers

116kmh is respectable... German SAW comes into sight gradually.

Thanks, yes it's not too bad, but nowadays, some mono's reach more than 200km/h on German SAW. This hull will not reach those kind of speeds, but I will be happy with 130+ 😎
