Very Cool Demo/Review thankyou. I have a couple of Flamma Products and have been very impressed with them, great to deal with and quality products. This multi FX sounds awesome so many options, very interested.
What a great demo...I have the Flamma Preamp pedal, I'm very impressed with this company. However, unlike units from established companies like Line 6, are these all one-and-done units, ie, no firmware or patch and model updates down the road?
I love my Korg a2 - easy to switch from bank to presets and toggle individual effects ( blocks). I simply want to be able to easily switch banks and toggle delay, reverb, chorus, and use the distortion from my amps in stereo. my korg is perfect for this AND I can bypass the entire rack and just get that great dry tone from the amps. I want easy switching of banks, presets and toggle of effects with great sound and portability and almost bought a headrush gigboard, mx5, then found the donner, then the ampero mp-100 which I really love...i actually bought the stomp, sounds great...not practical for me to use live...so it's down to the ampero mp-100 vs (and happy I JUST stumbled on the FLAMMA this morning) so, sound wise - what sounds better to everyone - Flamma fx200 vs Ampero mp-100? thanks
Hi Bret, at 1:36 when you change preset from 52B to 46A, the distortion delay have tail! It's not cut right away to Clean. Is that one of the best feature from FX200?
min 9:04 only 52 seconds of looping time?!? Even Flammas small Looper/Drum Pedal offers 20 minutes! I was almost ready to order the thing, but 52 seconds isn't enough. Two or three overdubs and the memory is full? Or have I completely misunderstood something.
Hi Brett, awesome demo as usual! Could you tell me if it's possible to achieve a realistic brown sound with the plexi models without an overdrive pedal in front, do the plexi have enough gain for that? Thanks a lot!
Se puede desactivar la función donde si apretamos mas fuerte el pedal pasa de modo exp a modo volumen? estoy tocando tranquilamente con el wah wah y de golpe se pasa a modo volumen y me caga.
Has anyone experimented its audio interface recording or playing with Windows DAW? I heard somewhere that it's latency is about 5ms, which is much higher than Nux MG-30 and Boss GX-100 and wonder if it would have the same latency issue as for Valeton GP-200 using with DAW?
Hi Brett ..thanks for another amazing demo . I was going to get a NUX MG400 just to find out it doesn't come with a pitch shifter/whammy effect . So considering Flamma FX200 now Would you know if the whammy /pitch shifter on Flamma is good enough and usable , unlike Hoton and Valeton
@@ProfessorPflaume thanks Brett . Flamma is crossed off then I got the MG-400 and the Pitch Fork + an external expression pedal instead. Very nice whammy effect at last
I've been looking at some of Flamma's pedals for a while but haven't bought one yet. This looks pretty cool, but I would like to see a dedicated bass version. No one uses every sound in any multi unit, but I feel a bass version would have less for me to ignore than a guitar centered multi-effect. To it's credit, it's $100-$150 less than the Zoom B6 bass multi.
Hello! Just asking if you can assign those 4 footswitches for different effect pedals? Like turning it on and off like normal pedals do. Cheers! Great vid btw!
Thank you Brett for your great and entertaining demos: Reports from an experienced guitarist.🦾🎸 Question: FX-200 Reverb, Delay, Modulation seems to be of the same good quality like the standalone tools you alread tested separately. Right?
Dear Mr Brett.... With this Flamma FX200, can we have the 1/4" output(s) with the sound without the IRs (so i can send it into my amp's effects RETURN) while at the same time, the XLR output(s) with the IR included, into the PA system.
Sort of, yes. There's a Global Cab Sim defeat option in the system pages. You can elect to turn off cab sim in either left or right outputs or both. That means you could conceivably do what you've said with left (unbalanced and no cab sim to your amp's RETURN) and the right XLR, complete with cab sim, to the house. Mono, of course.
Does this have the ability to run as a channel switcher for a tube amp like other Fx pedals. I have a PRS Archon that I want an Fx unit to use but also need to change channels.
Can someone answer this question for me please. Can you bypass the the amp and cab simulators completely? I play live through an Engl with a 4x12 so I don’t need those features.
@@BrettKingman HI Brett, See its been just the opposite for me. My 94 Mesa MKiv has never failed in almost 30 years. I have a 1965 Fender BandMaster, never failed. I have had 2 pieces of Line6 gear drop dead with no warning , one at a sound check 1 hour before a show. Last year I purchased a Line6 PodGo died at 3 months. Nobody in California to work on it. Sent it back to Sweetwater. The warranty on the new Fender ToneMaster stuff is 2 years, then you are on your own. I can get any of my point to point tube amps worked on right here in my home town.
@@mrshiney2 Yeah, I see your point. That's a bad news story, for sure. I must admit - and clarify - that I only use Fractal Audio gear on stage which it's built to be industrially tough. There are no compromises on switches, parts, etc. It's built to a quality standard, not a price point, and is therefore comparatively more expensive than most other brands. But with the expense comes confidence and for me that's worth the $.
have you figured out how to change the order of the effects on the unit alone not with the computer software? there are 100 different effects, 4 foot switch inputs for changing channels or whatever yet to figure that out.. I have like 25 more days to figure this thing out to see if I like it, if I cannot change effect order then I dunno .. I mean its not all bad but pretty much the same as any other.. the instructions are ABSOLUTELY SHYT.. they tell you what it has not how to work anything, at least not how to even work the effects you have to figure it out yourself and where everything is located.. pretty lame really.. chyna what ya gonna do .. I got it for the looper as well, enough for a little 8 and 12 bar blues, maybe some short rock stuff, 52 seconds worth... woo hoo!!! I know right ... lame ... wondering tho if the loops can be saved or anything, again instructions are so lame.. the looper instructions there is a lot of "click and drag" so my guess is to do anything real you need a computer, sweet cuz I don't use doze or the apple garbage, might have to install wine and see if i can get doze installed, 11 is free right? was wondering if you can change looper files maybe you can swap real fast form one to the next? maybe they will expand on their firmware, they should have put more memory or maybe they will add a upgrade chip so you can have like 4-10 minutes or so that way you can do full songs, and then play along as it is its only for practice whatever.. I can do way way more with my digitech including storing, and naming then accessing lopped files so you can write a bunch of them as many as the memory card holds, compact flash up to 2 gigs each and thats a lot of preset loops, and you can keep writing over them and adding or deleting tracks, pretty cool 8 tracks I believe is it the 4 has 16 so pretty useful, effects are pretty good but not as elaborate as this with 100 effects, that's what drew me here was the amount of effects.. a lot of good ones and I believe they are all genuine modeled then cab sims as well.. this one i dunno how the looper works, if its rewritable if you can add tracks or WTF?

Love the tablet size touchscreen. And ease of use with full text and all.
Those Charvels are beautiful guitars.
Apart from the sound it's beautiful so clean and slick.
Returning my Nux MG-30 and upgrading to this one.
Yea you do it right 👍
This seems pretty damn awesome. Great outro solo.
Thanks, Mark!
All seem like great updates to the 100. Love that we can change effect order. Always love your vids, thanks!
Flamma gear gives massive bang for buck
I'm hooked , want one , thanks Brett great playing and demo as usual !
How was it? Did you get one? I’m inclined to get one since it’s a new brand, saving $ for this then I saw Zoom G6 at same price range 🤔

All depends on DSP Mr K did you have any problems with lack of processing power?😮

Does it have bass preamps? Thanks
Is it possible to chain modulation effects, or do you only get one per patch?
can flamma fx200 recorded by phone through on the go usb feature ?
Yes can USB connect it to my iPhone…
👍🏻👍🏻
Could you use all the four switch to switch patch..?
Yes.

That's a 'clone' of the Hotone Ampero isn't it?
Seems like another player in market in their own right.
No he's right. Even the fonts used are the same.
Do they have duel engine as to Australia there like 900 can get a much better unit for that
That's the same one that hotone sells...
Flamma or hotone? 🤔
Is that James Hetfield?
Hi,how this unit sound compare to Nux Mg-30?
Better
These guys are not truthful
I will say it again...my biggest problem with this type of FX is when it crashes with no warning and leaves you hi and dry
I've had far more experience of traditional amps giving up the ghost mid-set than any digital gear.
