Turned out nicely, i wouldn't recommend backing bobcat under racking or against wall. If battery dies you wont be able to get cab up to access battery. Probably better face foward you can get at jump post in engine compartment. Congrats on garage great job.
Nice build! Door opener…..check out a Chamberlain RJ101, less than $500, check to make sure it will handle your door height. With your talent you should be able to install yourself. This is the door that mounts in front on the side. You will not have to balance door or anything else related to the door. Thanks….
I wanted to go bigger but the town wouldn't allow it. So if your aloud to go bigger then definitely do it. I have plans to build a carport and keeping some equipment under that to free up some space in the garage. Best of luck with your project and Thanks for watching.
@@srmcontracting I live on 4 acres so in the middle of nowhere so they let us do whatever 😂😂. The 24x24 is supposed to be the water equipment shed and park the truck but with a steep pitch roof and external staircase for storage. I’m planning a wide carport on each side. But I definitely need a large shop for projects.
Good to see you are using plywood sheathing instead of that damed OSB board
I want a service door like that on my garage
Turned out awesome brother great work.👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸

Great point, thanks for the tip!
I was just checking yesterday to see if you’d posted a new video yet, excited to watch it!

Thanks for the info, I'm going to put an opener on it soon.
Nice job 👍
Thanks dude
Those garage door springs are dangerous. I have installed many.
Looks good, but now I’m worried my 24x24 is gonna be too small. Just have to build a proper shop 😂

What types of inspections were required for you to do this?
👍
Do you still do menu board replacements?
It's been a little while. But I believe I may have some Taco Bell sites coming up.
Why no overhang on gable end? Looks very ugly to me!!
How much is the total cost?
Total cost about $22k. $7k of that was the slab. Which I think we went over kill with thickness, rebar, and footing.
No insulation? Drywall?
I'm good with it open, Ill use a kerosene space heater when needed. Thanks for watching
Hinges of door on outside??? Easy to break in like that. Good work though.........
