I was inspired by several conversations and a documentary called "E-motion" that some buddies shared with me. It's half prayer, half statement. It's honest... which is why I thought I'd record this in my bathroom. It's lyrically pretty raw and represents the state of my heart after a breakup and a back break. It's coming from a place of wanting to heal all of my inner stuff that continues to show up in my life... especially this little thing called loneliness... which is strange / ironic because I have the most amazing friends & community...
