Its amazing how you can't tell the different styles of each animator apart because they've made all their shots work together, yet when you watch their videos it's really clear who did what and how their style is different from the others.
The Fudge kind of reminds me of that one villain from _Conker's Bad Fur Day_ who sings such a memorable song: _"I am the Great Mighty Poo! And I'm going to throw my [REDACTED] at you!"_
The pilot was amazing, but episode 2 was 100x better, from the character dynamics, jax’s warcrimes, the BREAKCORE, pomni’s stellar character development, the animation, and the emotional moments its all around a spectacular episode.
2:10 Kevin here proceeds to show us the part about the funeral making me feel sad only to then go to silly cycles with silly songs. Dang you Kevin for playing with my dang emotions!
I love going back and seeing the little things, one of which was the characters at 0:25 never moved their heads and sometimes are looking in a completely different direction from the fudge.
You absolute wizards. It blows my mind how you can get so much emotion from such simple designs. It's hard to point out any single favorite part cause it's all so great! The episode had high expectations but I'd say it surpassed them with flying colors, and with a very quick turnaround time as well! Bravo!
The fact that episode 2 came out just six months after episode 1 is quite remarkable, considering how long animation usually takes. The fact that an episode came out that quickly with such polished animation and unique visuals is pretty amazing.

you are my hero. I just finished reanimating a scene from megamind, and the amount of work that goes into moving silly little guys around is HARD. My clip was 2 minutes long with the simplest of characters. You guys are nuts! Well done as always! 😊👍

How to make a Bacon and Cheese Omelette Grilled Cheese Sandwich Omelette. Take 3 eggs and mix them with a small amount of milk. Then, put the mixture into a 10 inch round frying pan. Put the lid of the frying pan on and set the heat to 5/med. Wait until the mixture has no raw/wet spots. Now, put a reasonable of mild cheddar onto the cooked mixture. You can also put bacon on it if you want. After, fold the omelette once (it should look like a semicircle). Now, take the omelette out of the pan. Grilled Cheese. Take two slices of Brioche bread and spread some lightly salted butter or mayo on one side of each slice of bread. Then put a slice of Vermont cheddar cheese on the opposite sides of the bread slices. Put the omelette in between the bread slices (the butter and cheese should be connected to the bread during this process. Now, put this sandwich onto the same pan. Cook each side to your liking, whether it’s perfectly cooked or not. After you are done cooking it, cut it down the middle so that there are to triangle slices of grilled cheese. Enjoy

I always go back to the scene where Caine says he's gonna drink water, his movements there are so satisfying. The Fudge was also SUPER well done. Loved the way you kept twisting his liquid chocolate body
This is such high quality work! I was so impressed with Fudge's fluid movements. He didn't move like many other gloopy monster moved, more free and expressive with big shape changes. Love to see it!
I love it when artists have signatures, along the same vein of Milt Kahl and the "Head Swaggle" because it becomes fun being able to try and find what things animators I enjoy worked on. Like 9 times outta 10 when I see a finger waggle, spinny arms, or certain instances of character acting in a scene I go "Oh Mr.TemmerTunes might've worked on that scene".
Those janky gator crowd background cycles especially the last gator cycle and the fourth crowd adds so much to the animation for those who notice them.
Oh my goodness, no wonder the scenes between Pomni and Gummigoo evoke so much human emotion! Nothing better than using yourself as a ref to get the most out of bringing a scene to life! Fantastic work! Kudos to you and the team!
That part of Pomni holding on the two tracks, reminded me of the Ice Age 2 the meltdown move of scrat holding on the two ice mountains at the scene of all the water going to the other direction.
When Pomini was talking to gummiegool (I don’t remember how to spell his name) and the animation picked up I literally yelled “ We got the Kevin Tamer tunes animation woooooo”
This episode does bring up some more interesting things about Cane, like how he's able to create creatures who're sentient enough to have real thoughts, feelings and lives but still aren't "real" people. Yet they're more human than Cane, which is kinda crazy, considering his struggle to understand humans. By now Cane kinda feels like he's just as close to losing bit as everyone else, and copes by making the adventures.
I just rewatched the ep and realized the gummy gators were dancing behind Gummigoo and Pomni and wondered who was responsible. Love ur work so much. I'm working to get my bachelors degree in animation science right now and this is really inspiring
Crazy how once you removed the sheen, I could totally see how that was your work on the gloop monster, also MAN those interactions between Pomni and Gummigoo were so good, so subtle. Wonderful work!
