Keep applying both in person and online. For the stadium jobs, they usually have career fairs, so be on the lookout. You can always register with job agencies, they usually get shifts for the stadium jobs.

I didn't get any response for a long time. I just kept applying regardless of the rejection emails. I also submitted my resume in person and that is how I got one of the jobs.
I registered with an agency and got assigned jobs at the stadium.
