Gloker Bishop has as much health as Gatanozoa in story? Surviving a normally one-hit kill S Rank moves like Cross Perfection (even with 3 special move setup) and Delacium Light Stream (1 special move setup = S Rank) with plenty of health left.

Luna works differently. You don't use it to attack. You must block all the attacks and press the corresponding button (if Justice uses a triangle move, you must Block + Triangle, for example). Luna will dodge all the attacks and the special move bar will fill up, but no damage will be done to Justice. Once the bar is full you just need to wait and block once more, he will activate the special. Watch Cted15's video explaining this. Action with Luna mode.

Justice wants to destroy humanity but Cosmos wants to stop him, Cosmos fails but convinces Justice to not destrly humanity. Justice fights Gloker Bishop but can't win. Cosmos Future Mode appears and helps Justice, giving him Crusher mode. After defeating Gloker Bishop, they fly into space to stop Giga Endra's laser from destroying Earth, merging into Ultraman Legend in the process.
